CETA establishes guidelines for its branches, aiming at promoting industrial development, technical advancement, and standardization of management.

协会制定了地区组活动的指导方针：以推动行业生产发展、技术进步、管理规范为目标，以开展信息交流、技术交流、技术培训、技术协作为主要内容，以会员需求为出发点，围绕协会中心工作，因地制宜地开展有地区特色的活动。

The policy and objective of CETA in the new era are: under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping's Theory and the important thought of "Three Represents", adhering to scientific outlook on development and building a harmonious society, implementing two strategies throughout the industry and achieving one objective, namely, implementing the industry technology-based, standardization and regularization strategy and implementing the product brand strategy; aiming to build the Chinese entertainment equipment industry into a new hi-tech, group-based and international industry.

Holding high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping's Theory and the important thought of "three Represents", following the policies made by four CETA conferences, and with scientific development view and building a harmonious society as guidelines, CETA brings into effect two strategies: one is the strategy of scientization and standardization, the other is the brand strategy.
