Methods: 252 patients with tuberculous pleuritis were divided into two groups by random allocation. Urokinase group: 126 cases received intrapleural injection with urokinase 5×10^4 U adding into 0.9% sodium chloride injection 20 ml after each thoracic drainage, and non-Urokinase group: 126 cases received intrapleural injection with 0.9% sodium chloride injection 20 ml after each thoracic drainage.

将252例患者随机分为两组，尿激酶组126例，用0.9%氯化钠注射液20 ml加尿激酶5万U于每次抽液后行胸腔内注射；非尿激酶组126例，用0.9%氯化钠注射液20 ml于每次抽液后行胸腔内注射，治疗结束后进行比较。

Results Among 38 cases,16 cases received surgical treatment within 2448 hours,and 22 cases received surgical treatment 32129 days after trauma with other causes.Thirtyfive cases were cured and decannulated except 3 cases with laryngotracheal stenosis failed in decannulation.All cases with acute trauma were decannulated.
