MethodsThe implantation of vena caval filter was performed in 30 patients with DVT of lower extremities. A permanent filter was used in 14 cases, and temporary filter in 16. Of the 30 cases, 27 received venous thrombolysis or thrombectomy combined with interventional thrombolytic therapy.

Result:2 cases were made definite diagnosis among celiotomy exploratory, 1 case was diagnosed next day after injury, Another 3 cases weren't made definite diagnosis until 5～25 days later. 3 cases were taken ureter or ureter to renal pelvis end-to-end one-stage anastomosis early,2 cases were taken urinary cyst resection and ureter end-to-end anastomosis three months later,1 case performed extravsation of urine drainage only.

结果：2例在早期剖腹探查中明确诊断，1例于伤后d2明确诊断，另3例在伤后5～25d才明确诊断。3例早期行一期输尿管或输尿管肾盂端端吻合术，2例于损伤3个月后行尿液性囊肿切除输尿管端端吻合术，1例行单纯尿液引流。

The ovaries were excised in the group A, B, C, and the celiotomy was done in the group D (no-excise ovaries). Twelve weeks after the operation, group A, D were administed stilled water 10ml per kilogram every day; group B were administed extract of Bushen Yigu recipe 10ml per kilogram every day; group C were administed water solution of α-D3 soft gelatin capsule 10 ml per kilogram every day.

Methods:The clinical data of 6 cases that received LC combined with EST herapy for cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis were analyzed retrospectively.

为6例患者行LC＋EST。结果：本组病例均在术前行B超检查及MRCP检查，诊断为胆囊结石及胆总管结石，行LC＋EST均获成功。

All the 47 patients with choledocholithiasis were cured successfully, among them 31 patients were performed with ERCP and 16 were re-operated on with cholangiotomy.
