Methods Retrospective review of 71 patients with cardiac injury was carried out including 21 blunt wounds,40 penetrating wounds and 10 iatrogenic wounds.Conservative therapy was performed on 8 myocardial contusions,2 hemopericardiums,2 small metal foreign bodies retention in myocardium and also 2 cardiac tamponades with iatrogenic left atrium perforation.The acute or delayed thoracotomies for repairing cardiac lesion according to the injury condition were performed in remainders.

对21例钝性心脏伤、40例穿透伤和10例医源性损伤的临床资料进行了回顾性分析；全组除心肌挫伤8例，血心包、心脏细小金属异物和医源性左心房穿透伤导致急性心包填塞各2例行保守治疗外，其余病例均根据心脏损伤情况，分别进行了急症或延迟性开胸手术，修复心脏损伤。

方法环磷酰胺诱导小鼠免疫功能低下，予金橘黄酮，观察小鼠碳粒廓清指数K、吞噬指数a、胸腺和脾脏指数、耳肿胀度、血清溶血值（HC50）等指标的变化。

Results The patient who had bulk drinking and long time deep slumber had muscle compressed led to RM-ARF.The principle management of RM was generous fluid replacement to prevent hypovolemia shock and alkalified urine.

结果 此例患者因大量饮酒导致长时间昏睡，持续压迫左胸及左肩部肌肉而诱发RM-ARF，通过大量补液治疗低血容量休克，碱化尿液、血液透析治疗RM-ARF，本例患者痊愈。

Methods The blood supply of 6 specimens of SCM from infant cadavers was studied with macro micro examination.

The rats were killed by cutting theirnecks and physical blood was taken for preparing serum, interleukin 2 (IL-2) was detected by radioimmunoassay ; the spleen was taken for measuring ConA-induced reaction of lympho- cyte proliferation and induced production of IL-2; and the activity of induced production of spleen's IL-2 was determined by the means of cell proliferation of mouse thymus; the skin and trachea were taten for slice with paraffin wax, dyeing with methybenzoamine blue so as to survey mast cells .

将大鼠断头留取躯干血制备血清，用RIA法检测白细胞介素2（IL-2）；取脾脏行ConA诱导的淋巴细胞增殖反应测定和IL-2诱生；并用小鼠胸腺细胞增殖法检测脾IL-2诱生活性；取皮肤和气管做石蜡切片、甲苯胺兰染色检测肥大细胞，结果显示：应激组较对照组脾淋巴细胞增殖降低，cpm分别为9466±3.17和24019±3879（P.001）；MC明显减少，分别为8.6±3.0/HP和25.4±3.7/HP（P.001），前组形态异常较其甚（MC多较小，呈多角或不规则状），且组织中可见分散的崩解颗粒。

RESULTS ① TLSFJM could induce apoptosis of PHA plus IL-2-activated mouse thymo cytes;② TLSFJM could induce apoptosis of alloantigen activated human pe ripheral blood mononuclear cells and hold the cell cycle at G1 phase;③ TLSFJM neither influenced the CD25 expression nor induced apoptosis of PMA activated human PBMC .

结果 TLSFJM 在体外可诱导PHA/IL-2活化的小鼠胸腺细胞的凋亡。 TLSFJM 在体外可诱导alloantigen活化的人外周血单个核细胞的凋亡，且把细胞周期阻遏在G1期。 TLSFJM 对PMA诱导的人PBMC活化抗原CD25的表达无明显影响，也不引起凋亡。
