Here, using PCR-assays, we have studied on the tissue distribution of S-symbionts in colonized species of G. m. morsitans, G. p. palpalis, G. austeni and G. brevipalpis, and found that S-symbionts were primarily detected in the midgut, hemolymph, milk gland of every species and also existed in older fly's muscle, testes and fat body.

Methods The intestine tract and blood vessel of rats were perfused circularly with intestinal tract perfusate or blood vessel perfusate with uric acid 140 mgL^(-1), respectively. The content of uric acid in perfusate was measured by the method of uricase and peroxide enzyme.

Methods:The MSCT datas of 65 mechanical intestinal obstructions confirmed by operation and pathology were collected and reconstructed with multiplanar reconstruction technique,including 43 cases underwent plain scan;the remaining 22 cases underwent plain and contrast-enhanced scan.Results: Contrast to operation and pathology,there were 25 adhesions,24 neoplasms,5 bowel torsions,5 bezoarhs,4 intussusceptions,2 Crohn's diseases in 65 mechanical intestinal obstructions,the diagnostic accuracy of MPR in mechanical intestinal obstruction was 100%,and the accuracy of the pathogeny was 84.6%.
