Methods 88 patients were retrospectively analyzed and influence of hemoglobin, prothrombin time, thrombocyte, count erythrocrit,blood lactic acid, basedeficit, preoperative resuscitation time and case fatality were compared between of immediate resuscitation and delayed fluid resuscitation group.

方法回顾性分析88例严重胸腹联合伤合并创伤性休克患者资料，比较延迟液体复苏（n=45）和即刻液体复苏（n=43）两种方法对血红蛋白含量、血小板计数、红细胞比容、血乳酸含量、碱缺失水平、术前复苏时间及病死率的影响。

METHODS A total of 107 subjects aged 36~78 years underwent cardiac EBT, with coronary artery calcification incidence, calcium scoring, stenosed arteries and soft plaques calculated. Laboratory evaluation included measurement of 75 g oral glucose tolerance test, HbA1c, triglyceride, total cholesterol. Logistic regression analysis was taken to assess the risk for coronary artery damage.

Results The detective rates of symptoms as dizziness, sight descend, faintness for seeing, bleed to brush teeth and pain in liver area in the ease group were significantly higher than that in the control groups; The detective rates of lens turbidness, liver augment, Hb descend and abnormity of liver function were also significantly higher than that in the control group.

结果 接触组自觉症状中头昏、视力下降、视物模糊、刷牙出血、肝区疼痛5项的检出率明显高于对照组；体检项目中眼晶体混浊、肝大、血红蛋白降低、肝功能异常4项的检出率明显高于对照组。
