66 patients had been done coronary angiograph and divided randomizely into drug-eluting stents implantment group(30 cases of Cypher stent implantment) and common stents implantment group(36 cases of common stent implantment).

1.1 研究对象：2003年1月至2005年6月收住我院拟行支架置入术的冠心病患者66例，经冠状动脉造影检查显示至少一支血管病变≥70％，有植入支架指征。

In the article,technologies of examining the liver diseases in children at present,including traditional biochemical examining,ultrasound-guided needle aspiration biopsy and interventional therapy,contrast-enhanced ultrasound,magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography,multislice spiral CT and multislice spiral CT angiography,hepatobiliary scintigraphy,indocyanine green excretive test as well as screening program for inborn errors of metabolism etc,were reviewed.

本文就目前儿科肝脏疾病的传统生化检查及B超引导下肝穿刺术和介入治疗、超声造影、磁共振胆胰管成像、多层螺旋CT及多层螺旋CT血管成像、核素肝胆显像、吲哚氰绿实验、遗传代谢筛查等技术进行综述。

Methods 63 cases were treated by selective arterial angiography in internal iliac artery and superior rectal artery in order to find the main artery of cancer, which was injected with 40%iodinated oil mixed with chemotherapy drugs. The signs such as major colonic bleeding, hematochezia mixed with pus, intestinal obstruction were observed after treatment.

选择63例经活检证实的中晚期直肠癌患者，经直肠上动脉或双侧髂内动脉造影确定肿瘤的主要供血动脉，向内注入40％碘化油及化疗药物混合的乳剂，其它靶血管内注入化疗药物(5-Fu+MMC+DDP)，治疗后观察患者肠出血、脓血便、肛门下坠、肠梗阻等症状的缓解情况及术中肿瘤的游离难易度、创面出血情况。

Methods The visual acuity, intraocular pressure and fundus were examined on 92 eyes on day 1, 3, 7, 30, 60 and 90 after intravitreous injection of TA. Fundus fluorescence angiography and optical coherence tomography were checked before and on day 30 after the injection.

对玻璃体腔注射TA的92只眼分别于术后第1、3、7、30、60、90天行眼压、视力、裂隙灯及间接眼底镜检查，术前及术后30 d行眼底血管荧光造影及光学相干断层扫描。
