Methods: Fresh saphena rings were sudied in organ chamber after incubating with Krebs-Henseleit bicarbonate solutions, FWM, KH with 0.1mmol/L NCR, FWM with 0.1mmol/L NCR at 37℃ for 1 hour. Precontraction induced by prostaglandin F2 (U4661930nmol/L) and endothelium-dependent relaxation induced by calcium ionophore A23187 l0^(-10~l0^(-6) mol/L were measured in the presence of indomethacin (7μmol/L) and LNNA (300μmol/L).
