The positive rate of hemorrhage was 72% including 10 cases of tumor (6 leiomyomas, 2 leiomyosarcomas, 1 interstitial tumor, 1 small intestinal cancer), 4 cases of Meckel's diverticulum, 3 cases of vascular malformation and 1 case of inflammation.

直接诊断出血18例，阳性率72%。病变性质为：肿瘤性病变10例，其中平滑肌瘤6例，平滑肌肉瘤2例，间质瘤1例，小肠癌1例。梅克尔憩室4例，血管畸形3例，炎症1例。

Objective To improve the level of understanding in angioleiomyoma of epididymis and tunica vaginalis.

目的 提高对附睾及睾丸鞘膜血管平滑肌瘤的认知水平。

Methods A retrospective study of diagnosis and therapy data of a rare case of angioleiomyoma of epididymis and tunica vaginalis was made.

回顾性复习了1例临床罕见的附睾及睾丸鞘膜血管平滑肌瘤的诊治资料。

CE disclosed 12 lesions in 10 patients,1 including gastric tumor,1 gastric ulcer,1 hemorrhagic gastritis,3 vascular abnormalities,3 small bowel polypi,1 jejunal leiomyoma,1 small bowel lymphoma,1 Crohn disease,other 2 cases as negative findings.

胶囊内镜共检出10例患者12处病变：胃体肿瘤1例、胃溃疡1例、出血性胃窦炎1例、肠道血管畸形3例、小肠息肉3例、空肠平滑肌瘤1例、小肠淋巴瘤1例、小肠克罗恩病1例；2例阴性。

Other imaging studies to consider include ultrasound to evaluate for renal angiomyolipomas or renal cysts, as well as cardiac CT or echocardiogram to evaluate for rhabdomyoma.

其他的可行的影像检查包括超声以明确肾血管平滑肌错构瘤或肾囊肿、心脏CT或超声心动图以明确横纹肌瘤。

Major features include facial angiofibromas, shagreen patches, ash-leaf spots, subependymal nodules, subependymal giant cell astrocytoma, cardiac rhabdomyoma, renal angiomyolipoma, lymphangioleiomyomatosis, retinal hamartoma, and macules.

主要特征包括面部血管纤维瘤，鲨革斑、烟叶状白斑、室管膜下结节、室管膜下巨细胞星形细胞瘤、心脏横纹肌瘤、肾平滑肌血管脂肪瘤、淋巴管肌瘤病，视网膜错构瘤和斑疹。

Objective To investigate the safety and compare the outcome with or without interdicting blood of cesarean with uterus myoma removaling at same time.

目的 探讨剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的安全性及阻断血管与非阻断血管手术的比较。

Methods Retrospective analysis of 117 cases of cesarean with uterus myoma removaling under interdicting blood from 2003 to 2004 and 56 cases without interdicting blood from 1992 to 1994 in Beijing Maternity Hospital for comparison in inhospital days、average bleeding、hemoglobin descending、postoperative morbidity.And 110 cases of simple intraperitoneal cesarean from 2003 to 2004;And comparing uterus myoma in different places and sizes.

回顾性分析2003～2004年两年间北京妇产医院腹壁横切口腹膜内剖宫产同时采取子宫血管阻断止血法行子宫肌瘤剔除术117例，与1992～1994年我院行剖宫产同时子宫肌瘤剔除术26例比较平均出血量、血红蛋白下降、住院天数、术后病率情况（肌瘤直径≥5cm）；同时与2003～2004年单纯腹膜内剖宫产110例，比较平均出血量、血红蛋白下降、住院天数、术后病率情况；并对不同部位、不同大小的子宫肌瘤剔除进行比较。
