Results There were 31 cases with medulloblastoma,27 cases of metastatic tumors,30 cases of astrocytoma,12 cases of angioreticuloma.

Anatomical study proved:①.4~8 nutritional vessels of sural nerve –small saphenous vein were the intermuscular perforators of peroneal artery, the furthermost one located at(1.0±1.3)cm above the tip of external malleolus with diameter (0.6±0.2)mm;②.2~6 musculocutaneous perforators were given off by the artery of outer head of gastrocnemius muscle to supply nutrition to the sural nerve-small saphenous vein;③.intermuscular perforators from peroneal artery supplied blood to fibula and outer head of soleus muscle.the perforators with an average outer diameter of （1.3-1.6）cm gave off cutaneous branch ,fascial branch and nutritional vessels to the sural nerve-small saphenous vein,which formed the vessel chain of the sural nerve-small saphenous vein ,sub-fascial and suprafascial vessel net.

结果：1、解剖实验证实：①、腓肠神经-小隐静脉营养血管来自腓动脉肌间隔穿支4～8支，最远的跟外侧动脉穿支距外踝尖上(1.0±1.3)cm，外径(0.6±0.2)mm。②、腓肠肌外侧头动脉沿途发2-6支的肌皮穿支营养腓肠神经-小隐静脉。③、腓动脉肌间隔穿支营养腓骨、比目鱼肌外侧半。上述穿皮支平均外径在0.3～1.6mm，发出皮支、筋膜支、腓肠神经-小隐静脉营养血管，形成腓肠神经-小隐静脉血管链以及深、浅筋膜血管网。

The outlines of lobules composed of vascular networks were various in size and form, and the lobular septa were also different in depth. The subpleural arterioles could be divided into arteriole, terminal arteriole, precapillary arteriole and capillary in turn according to the branching sequence of themselves. The plate-like, sieve-like and web-like vascular networks occurred in the subpleural microvascular networks.

胸膜面浅层的血管可以跨越两个或多个肺小叶表面，浅层的血管可与小叶间隔的微血管之间相互移行；由微血管网形成的肺小叶的轮廓大小不等、形态各异，小叶间隔的深度也有所不同；胸膜下微动脉可根据逐级分支的顺序将其分为微动脉、终末微动脉、毛细血管前微动脉和毛细血管；胸膜下毛细血管网中可见板块状、筛网状和网络状血管网。

The vessels from the lung parenchyma branched into the pleural superficial vessels, the interlobular vessels and the subpleural microvessels. The subpleural arterioles also could be divided into arteriole, terminal arteriole, precapillary arteriole and capillary in turn. Most subpleural capillary meshes were web-like, and also the small holes and sieve-like meshes occurred in the subpleural microvascular networks. The interlobular blood vessels and the superficial blood vessels were mutual transitional.

从肺实质内穿出的微血管可发出分支至胸膜面浅层、小叶间隔和胸膜下微血管网中；胸膜下微动脉也可分为微动脉、终末微动脉、毛细血管前微动脉和毛细血管四级；胸膜下毛细血管网多数呈网络状，也可见到呈"小孔状"的结构和筛网状的血管网；小叶间隔的微血管与胸膜面浅层的微血管之间可以相互移行。

Wheel' pattern were shown around mixed fibrous filter membranes, number of vessel ramification was 112.5±11.31 and ratio of vessel area/CAM area was 6.19±1.29﹪, but there were not localized allantoic vessels developing in the control group, the number of vessel ramification and ratio of vessel area/CAM area in control group were 82.6±8.05 and 1.78±0.33 respectively, so there was significant difference between PMP and control groups. In above mentioned conditions, the number of vessel ramification and ratio of vessel area/CAM area in VEGF group were 128.4±10.02 and 7.44±1.36 respectively, so there was no difference between PMP and VEGF groups.

结果显示：当 PMP的浓度为80 μg/ml时，孵育72小时后混合纤维素滤膜周围可见到放射状密集生长的血管网，血管分支数为112.5±11.31 ，血管面积为（6.19±1.29）﹪，而在对照组无特异性密集血管生成，血管分支数为82.6±8.05，血管面积为1.78±0.33，二组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）；而与VEGF组比较，后者的血管分支数为128.4±10.02，血管面积为7.44±1.36，二组比较差异无显著性。
