Methods The model of intravasation migration of cancer cell in vitro was used. The fibrosarcoma cell HT1080 was labelled with fluorescence, and the fluorescence guantities in 24-pore plate through collagen membrane and HUVEC single cells layer were detected in different time to eveluate the intravasation migration of cancer cell.

利用体外癌细胞向血管内游走模型，将纤维肉瘤细胞HT1080经过荧光标记，通过测定不同时间穿过胶原层及HUVEC单细胞层落到24孔板内的荧光量来定量评价瘤细胞血管内的游走情况。

Result: The percentage of hyperdiploid cells, DNA Index and proliferative index were statistically higher in the vascular and the syncytial subtypes of meningioma than those in the fibrous and mixed subtypes, Also those in the severe edema group were higher than those in the moderate, mild and without peritumoral edema groups. The DNA hyperdiploidy were mostly found in the group of giant size tumor, DI and PI in the recurrent menigioma group were significantly higher than those in the nonrecurrent group.

结果：血管型、合体型脑膜瘤超二倍体率、DI和PI显著高于纤维型及混合型；重度水肿组DI、超二倍体率和PI显著高于中、轻及无水肿组；大肿瘤超二倍体率和DI均显著高于中、小肿瘤；复发性脑膜瘤的DI、PI均显著高于非复发组。

Methods: Forty cases with breast cancer and 47 cases with fibroadenoma of breast were examined by color Doppler Ultrasonograph.

对40例乳腺癌及47例乳腺纤维腺瘤患者进行CDF检查，重点观察肿块的血管分布形态及其频谱特征。

Results 7of22cases were angiomyolipoma,6were xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis,4were multilocular cystic nephroˉma,2were leiomyoma of kidney,2were renal abscess,one case were renal fibrolipoma.

结果 误诊为肾癌的良性占位病变22例，其中肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤合并出血7例，局灶型黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎6例，肾多发性囊性肾瘤4例，肾平滑肌瘤2例，肾脓肿2例，肾纤维脂肪瘤1例。

结果 误诊为肾癌的良性占位病变22例，其中肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤合并出血7例，局灶型黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎6例，肾发性囊性肾瘤4例，肾平滑肌瘤2例，肾脓肿2例，肾纤维脂肪瘤1例。

The pulmonary hamartoma is seen microscopically to be composed mostly of benign cartilage on the right that is jumbled with a fibrovascular stroma and scattered bronchial glands on the left.

What was observed under a light microscope included: tumor cells were mulberry and micropapillary shaped or were of glandule tubular arrangement; there was obvious interspace between cancer nest and neighboring areas; micropapillary was empty of fiber blood vessel axes, with micropapillae floating freely in spongy spaces and separated by fibrous septa.

光镜下特征性表现为肿瘤细胞呈桑椹状、微乳头状或小腺管样排列，癌巢与周围间质形成明显的空隙，微乳头缺乏纤维血管轴心，每个微乳头细胞团和周边的纤维组织均存在无细胞的间隙样结构；瘤细胞CerbB-2、CgA和EMA。

T739 mice were inoculated with LA795 cells. Angiostatin was given to part of inoculated and uninoculated mice by intraperitoneal injection fourteen days after the inoculation. The treatment lasted 20 days and the size of tumor, survival period, behavior of the mice and pathology of lungs, livers and kidneys were observed.

用亲和层析方法得到的血浆纤维溶酶原经胰蛋白酶消化、层析柱亲和层析、透析，得到纯化的血管抑素；以LA795细胞接种于T739小鼠；接种后第15日起腹腔内注射血管抑素共20 d，观察动物行为，测量荷瘤鼠肿块直径，记录生存期，另设未治疗对照组及观察血管抑素副作用对照组，行肺、肝、肾脏病理学检查。

Methods Affinity chromatography purified plasminogen was digested by pancreatic elastase and angiostatin was obtained by purifying the digestion with affinity chromatography and dialysis.
