ABSTRACT Aim:To study the relationship between chymase-like activity and angiotensinⅡ,aldosterone contents in hypertrophied rat myocardium.

目的：探讨在压力负荷性心肌肥厚过程中，肥厚心肌组织血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮水平与糜酶样活性改变及其相关性。

Methods the gene polymorphism of ACE in 108 patients were analyzed by using the polymerase chain reaction. Main renal arteries, segmental arteries and interlobar arteries in 108 patients were measured by color Doppler flow image.

Methods: there were 40 youth Essential Hypertension patient examples who measure up , 20 cases as the group with electro-acupuncture Quchi and Taichong were observed vs 20 cases as the group with Catto pulley,observe the blood pressure and the principal clinical symptom;6 Essential Hypertension rats as the group with electro-acupuncture Quchi and Taichong were observed vs 6 Western medicine Catto pulley group、6 un-disposal sential Hypertension rats,observe the blood pressure、the plasmodia Noradrenalin and AngiotensionⅡlevel change.

临床试验将40例符合纳入标准的青年原发性高血压患者，按就诊顺序随机分为电针组和对照组各20例，分别给予电针曲池、太冲穴和口服卡托普利治疗。观察治疗前后血压、临床症状总积分及主要症状的变化。动物实验将自发性高血压大鼠18只随机分为3组，每组6只，分为电针组、卡托普利组和模型组，2周后观察各组的降压疗效，及血浆去甲肾上腺素、血管紧张素Ⅱ含量的变化。
