This review and our recent studies suggest that:(1) baroreceptor reflex is blunted in heart failure;(2) central angiotensin II and reactive oxygen species play an important role in blunted baroreceptor reflex;(3) cardiac sympathetic afferent stimulation and chemoreceptor reflex inhibit baroreceptor reflex; and (4) exercise training normalizes abnormal reflexes in the heart failure state.

本综述及我们近年的研究表明：(1)在心力衰状态下压力感受性反射功能明显减弱(2)中枢血管紧张素Ⅱ和活性氧在压力感受性反射功能失调中发挥关键作用；(3)心交感传入刺激和化学感受性反射能抑制压力感受性反射；(4)适当的运动可以部分纠正异常的心血管反射活动。

In order to understand insertion/delation polymorphism of the angiotensin-converting enzyme gene in pilots,and to explore the relationship between ACE gene I/D polymorphism and the perfomance of the pilots,the polymerase chain reaction was used to determine the genotypes for an I/D polymorphism in intron 16 of the ACE gene in 118 pilots and 96 healthy subjects as controls.

Methods 120 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in both groups were treated with digitalis, diuretic and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor and patients in treatment group received additional amlodipine.

采用随机对照的方法，将120例慢性心功能不全患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组以洋地黄、利尿剂及血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂等药物治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用氨氯地平片(5~10)mg/d。

测量肺动脉瓣口血流频谱，左心室内径增大的8例中有6例出现不同程度的血流加速时间缩短，血流加速时间/右心室射血时间比值减小，频谱峰值前移。31例均给予β受体阻滞剂、硝酸酯类等抗心绞痛治疗，部分给予血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、利尿剂和地高辛，其中29例在1周内卧位型心绞痛逐步得到控制。3例卧位型心绞痛发作时合并急性左心衰竭者，在床旁观察超声心动图，发现左心室短轴缩短率无显著变化，给予利尿剂、减轻前后负荷等治疗，急性左心衰竭得以纠正。
