结果］14例原发肝癌中10例呈典型表现，为"快进快出"。6例肝转移癌表现多样，动脉期可呈环形或整体增强，肝恶性肿瘤的消退时间早于其他肝脏局灶性病变（P＜0.05），门脉期或延迟期表现为相对低回声。6例肝血管瘤有其特有征象动脉期开始缓慢向心性结节环形增，持续数分钟后才消退。
