血管瘤病

Results: There were 18 cases of astrocytomas, 2 cases of cavernous angioma, 1 cases of hemangioblastoma, 1 cases of dermoid cyst, 1 cases of syringopontia, 1 cases of inflammatory granuloma accompanied with hecrosis and 1 cases of AVM of brain stem in 25 cases.

结果 25例病人中，星形细胞瘤18例，海绵状血管瘤2例，血管母细胞瘤1例，表皮囊肿1例，桥脑空洞症1例，炎性肉芽肿组织伴坏死1例，脑干AVM 1例。

Resulte: In 12 infective lesions, including purulent infection (4 cases) and tuberculosis (8 cases), the correct dignosis was made in 4cases by CR and in 11 cases by CT. In 16 soft tissue tumors, including lipoma (7 cases), fibrosarcoma (4 cases), hemangioma (1 case), neurofibroma (1 case), malignant fibrous histocytoma (1case), aggressive fibromatosis (1 case) and liposarcoma (1 case), the correct diagnosis was made in 3cases by CR and in 14 cases by CT. In 11 bone lesions, including fibrous dysplasia (7 cases), chondroma (2 cases), myeloma and cosinophilic granuloma (1 case), the correct diagnosis was made in 8cases by CR and in 10 cases by CT.

结果：感染组12例中(包括化脓性感染4例，胸壁结核8例)，CR准确诊断4例，CT诊断11例；软组织肿瘤组16例中(包括脂肪瘤7例，纤维肉瘤4例，血管瘤、神经纤维瘤、恶性纤维组织细胞瘤、侵袭性纤维瘤病和脂肪肉瘤各l例)，CR准确诊断3例，CT诊断14例；骨肿瘤和肿瘤样病变组11例中(包括骨纤维异常增殖症7例，软骨瘤2例，多发性骨髓瘤和骨嗜酸性肉芽肿各1例)，CR准确诊断8例，CT诊断10例。

Objective: To analyze the CT manifestations of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma and improve our understanding of this disease.

目的：分析肺硬化性血管瘤的CT表现，加深对本病的认识，提高诊断准确率。

In 68 patients (75 eyes), there were 45 cases whose initial diagnosis was Coats disease while the final diagnosis was not, in whom the final diagnosis was old retinal vein occlusion in 21, retinal vasculitis in 9, diabetic retinopathy in 3, old posterior uveitis in 3, congenital retinoschisis in 3, and proliferative vitreoretinopathy, familial exudative vitreoretinopathy, racemose hemangioma, old rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, macular epiretinal membrane, and idiopathic juxtafoveal telangiectasis in 1, respectively.

68例75只眼中，初诊为Coats病，最后确诊为非Coats病45例。其中，最后诊断为视网膜静脉阻塞21例；视网膜血管炎9例；糖尿病视网膜病变3例；陈旧性后葡萄膜炎3例；先天性视网膜劈裂症3例；增生性玻璃体视网膜病变、家族性渗出性玻璃体视网膜病变、视网膜蔓状血管瘤、陈旧性孔源性视网膜脱离、黄斑前膜、特发性黄斑旁毛细血管扩张症各1例。

objective to evaluate the role of mr perfusion weighted imaging in preoperation diagnosis of meningiomas.methods mr perfusion weighted images was performed in 47 patients with meningiomas followed by conventional imaging.results the mean rcbv values of angioblastic was the highest in the parenchyma of tumor.the mean rcbv values of malignant group was the lowest.the biggest mean rcbv values among different type meningiomas was statistically significant.the biggest mean rcbv values between benign and malignant group meningiomas was statistically significant,but not in the peri-tumor edema.conclusion the rcbv values were useful in the preoperative differentiation diagnosis of different types of meningiomas.those in the peri-tumor edema were useless in the preoperative differentiation diagnosis of different types of meningiomas.

目的 探讨磁共振灌注成像技术对脑膜瘤术前分型及良恶性鉴别的临床应用价值。方法对47例脑膜瘤病人行mr灌注成像检查，对5种亚型的良性脑膜瘤的mr灌注成像进行分析，并与非典型性及恶性脑膜瘤进行比较。结果血管瘤型脑膜瘤实质部分的rcbv值均数最高，恶性组脑膜瘤的rcbv值均数最低。各亚型间瘤体实质最大rcbv值均数间差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05)，良恶性脑膜瘤实质部分最大rcbv值均数间差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05)。瘤周水肿区的rcbv值均数间差异无统计学意义(p＞0.05)。结论 rcbv值对脑膜瘤术前分型及良恶性鉴别有所帮助，而瘤周水肿区的rcbv值对脑膜瘤分型及良恶性鉴别未显示临床实用价值。

Abstractive】Objective:To observe the efficacy of photodynamic therapy combined with intravitreaous injection with Avastin in one patient of capillary angioma of the opic papillary.Methods:One patient,the visual acuity was 20/200,were diagonosed as Lindau-von Hipple disease with capillary angioma of the opic papillary by B scan and Cranial Computed Tomography.

目的：对光动力疗法联合玻璃体腔Avastin注射治疗对1例von Hipple－Lindau病中视乳头毛细血管瘤的疗效观察；方法：经眼底荧光造影以及B超和颅脑CT检查确诊为von Hipple－Lindau病伴视乳头毛细血管瘤，最佳矫正视力为0.1，FFA示视乳头荧光渗漏面积为11平方毫米。

口腔卡波西肉瘤口腔卡波西肉瘤无论在口内或口外均可单发或多发无痛的、紫红或紫色的、大小形状不一的、扁平或隆起的病损，呈斑状或斑片状，其中含毛细血管丛，质软，类似血管瘤，有中度疼痛。

Results 5 cases of ependymocytoma, 3 cases of astrocytoma, 1 medulloblastoma hemangioblastoma in 10 cases of intra-medullary tumor; 36 cases of neurogenic tumor, 11 cases of spinal meningioma in 47 cases of subdural extramedullary tumor; 2 cases of neurogenic tumor strided over scleromeninx;2 cases of extradural metastatic tumor, 1 cestodiasis, 2 cases of epidural hematoma, which were mistaken for hemangioma before surgical operation and 1 vascular malformation in 4 cases of intraspinal nontumorous occupying lesion.

结果：10例髓内肿瘤中，室管膜瘤5例；星形细胞瘤3例；血管母细胞瘤1例；成神经管细胞瘤1例。47例脊髓外硬膜下肿瘤中，神经源性肿瘤36例；脊膜瘤11例。2例跨硬膜内外生长的神经源性肿瘤2例。硬膜外的转移瘤2例。4例椎管内非肿瘤性占位性病变中，椎管内绦虫病1例；硬膜外血肿2例，术前误为血管瘤；血管畸形1例。
