血管瘤

Methods: Total 50 patients with hepatic tumors and tumor-like lesions performed perfusion imaging through 16-slice spiral CT. Including 17 liver cancers, 15 metastatic tumors, 16 angiomas, 1 hepatic inflammatory tumor and 1 simple cyst. 31 male patients and 19 female patients. The mean age of all 50 cases was 56.4±2.2 years. 15 cases of all 50 cases had medical record of hepatocirrhosis(13 liver cancers, 1 metastatic tumors, 1 angioma).

对50例肝肿瘤或肿瘤样病变行16层螺旋CT灌注成像扫描，其中肝癌17例，肝转移瘤15例，肝血管瘤16例，肝炎性假瘤1例及肝囊肿1例；患者男性31例，女性19例，年龄34~78岁，平均年龄56.4±2.2岁；其中15例患者存在肝硬化病史(13例肝癌，1例转移瘤，1例血管瘤)。

Results: Various extent of gyrus-like or banded calcifications were showed in cortex of 8 all cases, cerebral hemisphere atrophy in 4 cases and thickened skull in 3 cases on the diseased side were accompanied. Ocular hemangioma of choroid and choroids plexus enlargement of lateral ventricle were found in one case. The clinical symptoms and signs of correspondence were found.

结果：8例脑颜面血管瘤综合征均有脑皮层不同程度的脑回样或条带状钙化，4例伴病侧大脑萎缩，3例伴病侧颅板增厚，1例合并眼部脉络膜血管瘤和侧脑室脉络丛增大。8例均出现与CT表现相对应的临床症状和体征。

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embed-ed samples from 40 infant hemangiomas of glandulae parotid,30hemangioma cuits and 5 normal glandulae parotid tissues werestudied in immunohistochemical SP method.

Ⅳ型胶原、层粘连蛋白和纤维连接蛋白在腮腺血管瘤中均呈高表达；bFGF与ECM存在着一定的正相关关系，表明它们在腮腺血管瘤的形成过程中起着不可忽视的作用。

Our experiments proved that VEGF have relationship with proliferation and involuting of hemangiomas.

结果显示，增生期血管瘤组织中P53着色的肥大细胞数目为29.64±2.67/HPF，消退期为14.87±4.43/HPF，血管畸形组织中为1.33±0.6/HPF.F检验结果表明：在增生期、消退期血管瘤及血管畸形组织中P53着色的肥大细胞数目有显著性差异（P.05）。

Caspase-3 is involved in the converting of hemangiomas from proliferating phase to involuting phase.The activation of Caspase-3 and the balance on Bcl-2 and Bax may induce apoptosis of endothelial cells,thus leading to the regression of hemagioma.

Caspase-3、Bcl-2与Bax参与了血管瘤由增殖期转变为消退期的病理发生过程，Caspase-3的活化及Bcl-2与Bax的平衡诱导了细胞凋亡的发生，这可能是血管瘤自发消退的主要因素之一。

Methods: The expression of P21 and fasL in proliferating and involuting human henmangioma and normal skin tissues was detected and compared by using immunohistochemistry. Image analysis was applied to measure the expression level of P21 and fasL in different stages of human hemangioma and in normal skin tissues.

采用免疫组化SP法检测人血管瘤组织中增生期、退化期及正常皮肤组织血管内皮细胞中P21ras、与FasL的表达水平，利用计算机成像分析系统检测不同时期皮肤血管瘤与正常皮肤组织P21ras、与FasL的平均光密度及其阳性面积率。

METHODS: Sixty two cases of specimens collected in operation were studied by in situ RT PCR, of which 50 cases were hemangioma: 26 cases proliferating hemangioma and 24 cases involuting hemangioma, and 12 cases were venous vascular malformation. The expression of Ang2 mRNA and Tie2 mRNA in hemangiomas and venous vascular malformation were detected by in situ RT PCR.

采用原位RT PCR方法，对临床收集的62例手术切除的先天性皮肤血管标本（其中增生期血管瘤26例，消退期血管瘤24例，静脉型血管畸形12例）进行Ang2 mRNA， Tie2 mRNA表达水平的检测。
