Methods:Total laparoscopic liver resections were performed in 5 patients between November 2004 and January 2006,including 2 cases of metastatic liver carcinoma,3 cases of liverhemangioma.

2004年11月～2006年1月我院行完全腹腔镜肝切除5例，其中转移性肝癌2例，肝血管瘤3例。

Methods Six patients underwent aortic reconstructions or partial aneurysm resections and one did hepatic cavernous hemangioma resection in general anesthesia. Cell saver was used for perioperative blood salvage and the washed blood was reinfused to all patients respectively during operation.
