血管瘤

We reported 5 cases with intra-articular synovial hemangioma of the knee in order to improve diagnosis and treatment of intra-arfieular synovial hemangioma of the knee.

目的报告5例膝关节内滑膜血管瘤病例，以提高对膝关节内滑膜血管瘤的诊断、治疗水平。

The cervico-facial trunk of facial nerve in one case during the stripping operation was surgically injured and sutured immediately by the end to end anastomosis. Facial paralysis disappeared half year after the operation. These cases were followed up from 8 months to 4 years. Only one case had local recurrence.

在行耳廓血管瘤剥脱手术的8例中有1例在分离结扎腮腺区血管时误伤面神经颈面干，术中行神经断端缝合，半年后面瘫基本消失。8例行剥脱术治疗耳廓血管瘤的患者经8个月至4年随访，除1例可见局限性血管隆起外，未见复发。

Methods:145 patients of skin vascular diseases were treated with 595nm pulsed dye laser with different therapeutic parameters according to different disease types, including 42 cases of nevus flammeus, 10 cases of strawberry nevus, 2 cases of cavernous hemangioma, 45cases of facial telangiectasis, 15 cases of angioma, 9 cases of spider angioma, 15 cases of rosacea and 7 cases of keloid.

皮肤血管性疾病患者145例，其中鲜红斑痣42例，草莓状血管瘤10例，海绵状血管瘤2例，面部毛细血管扩张45例，血管痣15例，蜘蛛痣9例，酒糟鼻 15例，疤痕增生7例。应用595nm可变脉冲染料激光，针对不同病变类型，采用不同治疗参数进行激光辐射治疗。

结果 在39例儿童眼眶肿瘤中，毛细血管瘤8例，横纹肌肉瘤2例，瘤体内CDI均可检测出丰富的动脉血流信号；皮样囊肿12例，淋巴管瘤8例，瘤体内CDI检测均无血流信号；静脉性血管瘤6例中，CDI检测出静脉血流信号3例；3例静脉曲张在颈静脉加压和压力解除过程中示动态血流变。
