Pathologic results: 17 arteriovenous malformations, 8 cavernous angiomas.

Methods 11 cases with cavernous sinus cavernous angiomas were all proved by operation and pathology, 11 cases were examined all by MRI plan scan and enhancement scan, 5 cases were examined by CT.

搜集11例经手术病理证实的海绵窦海绵状血管瘤的CT和MRI影像资料，全部病例均行头颅MRI平扫及增强扫描，其中5例有CT检查。

Results: The species included arterivenous malformation (AVM, 11 cases), caverous angiomas (3 cases), moyamoya disease (3 cases), aneurysms (3 cases), cerebral infraction (18 cases), cerebral hemorrhage (4 cases).

结果： 42例中动静脉畸形 11例、海绵状血管瘤3例、烟雾病3例、脑动脉瘤3例、脑血管闭塞性病变18例、脑出血4例。

Objective Compared intraoperative ultrasound with intraoperative neuronavigator in deep intracranial cavernous angiomas resection,to provide more accurate positioning methods for clinical surgery.

目的对术中超声和术中导航两种定位方法在颅内深部海绵状血管瘤切除术中的应用进行比较，为临床手术提供更加准确的定位方法。

Results 11 cases cavernous angiomas all located in the cavernous sinus, The tumors were a little hyperdensity on CT plan scan.

结果 11例海绵状血管瘤均位于海绵窦区，呈单发病灶，右侧4例，左侧7例。

Methods 26 cases of cavernous angiomas with uncontrolled seizures,16 of them were operated in opening stereotactic microsurgery by CT guidance and to apply the electrocorticographyto record the spike wave before resecting the focus and record again after resecting it.

方法26例顽固性癫痫病例，MRI示脑内海绵状血管瘤(直径在0.5～2.5cm)，视频脑电图检查诊断与MRI定位一致。10例采用常规显微手术切除，16例利用立体定向技术，放置硅胶管引导显微手术切除病灶，辅助皮层脑电图监测确认致痫灶切除。

MRI findings in patients with hemorrhage were mixed hypo- and hyperintensity lesions resembling cavernous angiomas, and in those without hemorrhage showed low signal enlarged vascular structures.

MRI高低信号混杂，类似海绵状血管瘤，未出血病变低信号管状结构，T2加权较粗大的静脉可能流空信号其偶数回波重聚为密度一致高信号影。

Most hemangiomas disappear completely, leaving normal or slightly blemished skin.
