In conclusion, we should keep in mind the possibility of epiglottic hemangioma when confronted with a common epiglottic mass. A hasty intubation, biopsy, and excision can be dangerous. To arrive at an accurate diagnosis and the appropriate treatment, detailed pre-operative evaluations, including magnetic resonance images and angiography, may be needed for differential diagnosis in selected cases.

因此，当我们发现会厌部位的肿块时，纵然它有一般的外表，还是要想到血管瘤的可能性，贸然的麻醉插管、切片检查及手术切除颇具风险，唯有术前详尽的检查，包括核磁共振和血管造影，方可给予正确的评估及选择适切的治疗方式。

A 45-year-old female patient presented with foreign body sensation in the throat for half a year. An epiglottic cyst was highly suspected by indirect laryngoscopy. However, high bleeding tendency was encountered during surgical excision under direct laryngoscopy. KTP laser was used to vaporize the residual tumor and to terminate bleeding. The pathology revealed cavernous hemangioma.

本院报告1例45岁女性，以咽喉异物感为主诉，经间接喉镜检查初步臆断为会厌囊肿，经直接喉镜下手术切除时难以止血，只好以钾钛磷雷射烧灼残存的肿瘤组织后方止血，最后病理确定诊断为会厌海绵状血管瘤之罕见案例。

结果：畸胎瘤含脂肪、纤维和液体等成分；纤维脂肪血管瘤含有粗大血管；骨巨细胞瘤呈溶骨性破坏，1例在T2WI有液-液平面；神经源性肿瘤通过骶孔与骶管内病变相连，神经节母细胞瘤和神经外胚层瘤破坏骶孔；9例脊索瘤在T2WI有条状低信号纤维结构和高信号粘液基质；未分化癌和淋巴瘤T1WI呈略低信号，T2WI呈略高和较高信号；19例转移瘤有多处骨骼破坏，5例只有骶椎侵犯。

Results Among 85 cases, 46 cases were lipomas, Twenty-seven cases were sebaceous cysts, 19 cases were angeiomas, 8 cases were fibroids, 5 cases were ganglionic cysts, 3 cases were neurilemmomas,1 case was dermal nevus, 1 cases was fattey necrosis, 1 case was adipositis, 1 case was foreign-body granuloma,1 case was calcified epithelioma.

回顾性分析85例体表良性肿块的超声表现，总结其声像图特征，所有病例均经手术病理证实。结果 85例中脂肪瘤46例，皮脂腺囊肿27例，血管瘤19例，纤维瘤8例，腱鞘滑液囊肿5例，神经鞘膜瘤3例，皮肤痣、脂肪坏死、脂膜炎、异物肉芽肿、钙化上皮瘤各1例。

Postoperative pathological results revealed that 79 cases (86.8%) were low-grade gliomas, 4 cavernous hemangiomas, 4 anaplastic astrocytomas, 2 gliosis, 1 arteriovenous malformation, and 1 gliosarcoma.

术后病理结果示低级别胶质瘤79例(86.8%)，海绵状血管瘤4例，间变性星形细胞瘤4例，神经胶质增生2例，动静脉畸形1例，胶质肉瘤1例。

Neoplastic cells are hepatoid with large vesicular nuclei, prominent nucleoli, and plump polygonal eosinophilic cytoplasm.

而相对少见的良性肿瘤包括肝脏腺瘤、血管瘤和平滑肌脂肪瘤，当然转移性的肿瘤也比较多见。

Abstractive】Objective:To observe the efficacy of photodynamic therapy combined with intravitreaous injection with Avastin in one patient of capillary angioma of the opic papillary.Methods:One patient,the visual acuity was 20/200,were diagonosed as Lindau-von Hipple disease with capillary angioma of the opic papillary by B scan and Cranial Computed Tomography.

目的：对光动力疗法联合玻璃体腔Avastin注射治疗对1例von Hipple－Lindau病中视乳头毛细血管瘤的疗效观察；方法：经眼底荧光造影以及B超和颅脑CT检查确诊为von Hipple－Lindau病伴视乳头毛细血管瘤，最佳矫正视力为0.1，FFA示视乳头荧光渗漏面积为11平方毫米。
