Anastomosing hemangioma of the genitourinary tract is a rare neoplasm displaying some overlapping features of both sinusoidal hemangioma and hobnail hemangioma of soft tissue and skin.

Results: PASH presented as a circumscribed solid mass, with hypoechoic texture with or without heterogeneity, and a parallel orientation.

2良性血管瘤和血管瘤样增生：乳腺内的各种类型的血管及血管瘤样增生也需要和PASH区别，特别是病变不典型时，仔细寻找PASH的典型特征，一般不难鉴别。

These include hemangiomas that are obstructing breathing or vision, and those that are ulcerated or bleed; or that distort facial features.

这些包括那些可以阻塞呼吸或视觉的血管瘤，及那些溃烂或流血的血管瘤，或扭曲面部特征的血管瘤。

Nine patients were female and one male (ages 31-77, average 52 years). Six patients presented parenchymal vascular lesions (1 angiosarcoma, 1 atypical hemangioma, 3 perilobular hemangiomas, 1 cavernous hemangioma) measuring 0.5-6 cm in the greatest diameter. Two lesions were accidental findings in lumpectomy specimens excised for fibrocystic disease with microcalcifications. Four patients presented non-parenchymal vascular lesions: three cavermous hemangiomas and one angiolipoma measuring 1-6 cm in diameter.

女性9例，男性1例（年龄31-77岁，平均52岁）。6例表现为实质血管性病变（血管肉瘤1例，不典型血管瘤1例，小叶周围血管瘤3例，海绵状血管瘤1例），大小0.5-6cm.2例因乳腺纤维囊型病变伴微钙化在切除的标本上偶然发现。4例呈非实质性的血管病变，其中海绵状血管瘤3例（1例为男性），1例为血管脂肪瘤，最大直径为1.6cm。

In 14 patients with angiogenic tumors of the soft tissue ( 13 benign tumors and 1 malignant tumor) were analyzed. Results Benign hemangiomas included cavernous (n=7), intramuscular (n=2), mixed (n=1), racemosum (n=1), glomus (n=1) and angiomatosis (n=1). The vascular component within the tumor displayed iso-intensity on T1WI relative to the skeletal muscle, and hyper-intensity on T2WI. One case of hemangiopericytoma showed slightly low signal on T1WI and slightly high signal on T2WI.

结果 13例良性肿瘤中，海绵状血管瘤7例，肌肉内血管瘤2例，混合型血管瘤、蔓状血管瘤、血管球瘤、血管瘤病各1例，瘤血管成分在T1WI上呈等信号，T2WI上呈高信号，肿瘤有不等量的纤维组织和脂肪组织；血管外皮细胞瘤1例，T1WI上呈略低信号，T2WI上呈略高信号。

SWS, also known as encephalotrigeminal angiomatosis or meningiofacial angiomatosis, is a rare neurocutaneous syndrome that includes a facial port wine stain and associated leptomeningeal angiomatosis.

Methods Enzyme-linked immunsorbent assaywas adopted to examine the serum basic fibroblast growth facterconcentration of 25 patients with proliferate hemangioma,14 with involuted hemangioma,12 with treated hemangioma by hormone,9 with vascular malformation and 12 of the control group.

方法用免疫酶标技术检测25例增生期血管瘤、14例消退期血管瘤、12例应用激素治疗后血管瘤、9例血管畸形及12例对照组患儿外周血清中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的浓度。结果25例增生期血管瘤患儿外周血清中bFGF浓度明显高于应用激素治疗后血管瘤、消退期血管瘤、血管畸形及对照组；消退期血管瘤和应用激素治疗后血管瘤患儿血清中bFGF浓度略高于血管畸形及对照组，但差异无显著性。

Our study shows that Bax ,the protein of accelerating apoptosis, may participate in the proliferation and regression of hemangioma. 2 The expression of TGFβ1 in the involuting phase was higher than in the proliferative phase, the difference was statistically significant, p＜0.01. 3 This shows that Bax and TGFβ1 may be the important factors which cause the apoptosis of hemangioma and accelerate its regression as well.

1 Bax在血管瘤增生晚期开始表达，至退化期Bax的表达达到高峰，提示Bax这种促进细胞凋亡的蛋白参与血管瘤的增生与退化过程。2 TGFβ1在血管瘤退化期的表达高于增生期，差异有统计学意义，p＜0.01.3 提示Bax与TGFβ1可能是引起血管瘤凋亡，进而促进其退化的重要因素。

It is suggested that CDK2 might progress the proliferation of endothelial cells in human proliferative hernangiomas; while p27(superscript Kip1) might inhibit the proliferation of endothelial cells in involuting hemangiomas.

p27(上标 kip1)能抑制血管瘤内皮细胞的增殖，在血管瘤的退化过程中起了重要作用；而CDK2能促进血管瘤内皮细胞增殖，在血管瘤的增生过程中起了重要作用。

objective:to investigate the expression and significance of rb in the occurrence, development and regression of infantile hemangiomas.methods:the expression of rb was examined in the proliferative stage and catagen of human hemangiomas and normal skin tissues by using immunohistochemical technique.immunohistochemical technique for factorⅷ-related antigen was used to prove that the cells which expressed rb were endothelium.image analysis system was applied to measure the expression level of rb at different stages of hemangiomas and in normal skin tissues.results:the expression of rb was significantly lower in proliferating hemangiomas than that in involuting hemangomas(p.05).conclusion:rb might play an important role in the regression of human hemangioma endothelial cells and anti-angiogenesis.

目的：探讨rb蛋白在血管瘤发生、发展及退化过程中的表达状况及其意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测人皮肤血管瘤增生期、退化期及正常皮肤组织中rb的表达水平，并结合第ⅷ因子相关抗原的免疫组织化学染色证实表达rb的细胞是血管内皮细胞。利用计算机图像分析技术测量不同时期血管瘤组织和正常皮肤组织rb表达的积分光密度和面积。结果：增生期血管瘤内皮细胞rb表达水平低于退化期，差异有显著性（p.05），退化期血管瘤内皮细胞rb表达水平与正常皮肤组织相比，差异有显著性（p.05）。结论：rb通过抑制血管瘤内皮细胞增殖和血管生成而在血管瘤的退化过程中起重要作用。
