收集的临床资料包括：年龄、性别、住院日、发病距入院的时间、既往心绞痛病史、发病前48小时内心绞痛发作情况、合并高血压病、合并糖尿病及心肌梗死部位情况、嗜烟史、入院时心率、血压、溶栓药物、溶栓距发病的时间、血管再通情况、血清肌酸磷酸激酶MB同工酶峰值、入院时血白细胞计数、血脂及溶栓前后的心电图。

结果 本组20例均无外伤情况下出现头痛，面色苍白，一过性意识障碍，昏迷局灶神经功能障碍，CT证实均为自发性蛛网膜下腔出血，均行DSA， DSA显示：颅内小动脉瘤破裂所致最多见，共10例(约占51％)。其次为高血压动脉硬化3例(占15％)和动静脉畸形破裂所致4例(占20％)，另外1例(占5％)病人是烟雾病。DSA造影后即血管内弹簧圈栓塞治疗。
