Part Two: The effect of fruit extract on CRL-2606 production of PGE2 Effect of anthocyanin rich fruit extracts on endothelial cells'PGE2 production Epidemical experiment shows that phenolics in fruits and vegetables may prevent the occurrence of chronicle cardiovascular heart disease. To investigate the activity of fruit extracts on artery blood vessel cells, we chose CRL-2606 cell line, a normal iliac artery endothelia cells. Using indomethacin as control, we investigate the effect of blueberry extracts, blackcurrant extracts, chokeberry extracts, cyanidin3-glucoside, and malvidin3-glucoside on the PGE2 production of CRL-2606 cells.

第二部分水果提取物对人体细胞系CRL-2606产生PGE2的影响水果提取物对血管内皮细胞释放PGE2的影响流行病学调查表明，蔬菜水果中的多酚类物质具有预防慢性心血管疾病的作用，为研究水果提取物对血管细胞的作用，我们选择回肠动脉内皮细胞CRL-2606细胞系作为研究对象，以indomethacin为对照，研究了blueberry，blackcurrant，chokeberry提取物及cyanidin3-glucoside，和malvidin3-glucoside对血管内皮细胞释放PGE2的影响。

Objective:to investigate the effect of damage control surgeryin the theatment ofacute mesenteric ischemia.methods: a retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of eight cases with ami treated by dcs from june 2006 to december 2007.results: operations were immediately performed in all eight patients with ami after final diagnosis,including six cases treated with different limitation of enterotomy; five with temporary abdominal closure and exteriorization of intestine,three with abdominal closure of venous nutrition transfusion container; seven with two-stage operation in different means.five cases survived or improved three died, one of which died two months after discharge due to short bowel syndrome.conclusion:it is very difficult to treat the ami patients owing to the restriction of technology and equipment.

目的：探讨损伤控制外科在治疗急性肠系膜缺血疾病中的应用。方法：对2006年6月~2007年12月应用dcs理念指导救治的8例急性肠系膜缺血疾病的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：对8例急性肠系膜血管缺血疾病均于确诊后立即手术探查，其中6例做了不同范围的肠切除；5例做暂时关腹术加肠外置，3例用静脉营养输液袋关腹；7例进行不同方式的二期手术。本组5例痊愈或好转出院；3例死亡，其中1例为短肠综合征出院2个月后死亡。结论：在治疗急性肠系膜血管缺血疾病病人的治疗中，在许多医院因设备和技术等条件的限制，处理十分困难。

nodular dermal vasculitis in lower extremities are often seen clinically in middle-age women, and are evoked by many causes. Some laboratory examinations have abnormal outcomes and we think these are related with autoimmune reactions of nodular dermal vasculitis. We can make diagnosis with clinical character of erythema and nodose lesions in lower extremities, laboratory examinations and histopathology inspection. Antibiotics, non- Steroid anti-inflammatory drugs, anti-tubercle drugs and corticosteroids are effective drugs.

结节型皮肤血管炎多发于中年女性；结节型皮肤血管炎病因复杂，可能是由于细菌、真菌、病毒、结核、药物等所引起，也可为某些全身性疾病的皮肤表现；实验室指标异常改变可能与疾病免疫反应有关；结节型皮肤血管炎诊断以双下肢红斑结节性损害的临床特点，结合实验室及组织病理学检查可确诊分型；结节型皮肤血管炎针对病因选用抗生素、非甾体抗炎药、抗结核药、皮质类固醇激素等治疗有效。

近几年激光治疗血管类疾病和皮肤色素类疾病的医学研究表明，重复率Q开关Nd：YAG激光器在激光医学应用中有着新的广阔的前景，其中一类是用双脉冲Nd：YAG激光(1064nm或532nm)治疗皮肤类疾病，另一类是用重复率Nd：YAG脉冲激光治疗血管类疾病。

Evidence of systemic vasculitis was found in a muscle biopsy of the rectus femoris in 9/14 (64%) patients with vasculitis with neuropathy and in 3/11 (27%) patients with purpura/petechiae and vasculitis of the skin.

The results suggested that vascular remodeling was the most prominent in LCA subjected to low shear stress accompanied by hypertension, which is regulated through the changing expression of p-Akt, p-p38, Rho GDIα. Tributyrin could affect the flow mediated carotid remodeling by both increasing apoptosis and decreasing proliferation of VSMCs through PI-3K/Akt, bcl-2, p53, p27. Tributyrin could have potential roles in treatment of vascular diseases, such as artherosclerosis and vascular restenosis, etc.

结果提示，高血压与切应力协同作用对血管重建的影响最为显著，Akt、p38和Rho GDIα信号通路参与了高血压与低切应力诱导的血管重建过程；Tributyrin对血管重建的干预作用是通过影响PI-3K信号通路，调节凋亡相关蛋白bcl-2以及细胞周期调控蛋白p53和p27的表达水平而实现的；Tributyrin有可能成为一种在动脉粥样硬化、血管再狭窄等疾病防治中有潜在临床应用价值的药物。

The positive expression rates of Tissue Inhibitors of Metalloproteinase-2 protein in the cases of involuting groups were significantly higher than those in proliferating group and vascular malformation groups and normal skin group (P.05). Its difference was significant. Conclusions: Matrix MetallProtinase-2 and Tissue Inhibitors of Metalloproteinase-2 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of hemangiomas through angiogenesis. They may have no effect on vascular malformation and normal skin

血管瘤退化期，TIMP-2表达明显升高，说明 TIMP-2与血管瘤纤维化、消退有关，其机制可能是一方面通过抑制MMP-2介导的基底膜降解而在内皮细胞迁移、聚集中起作用，另一方面直接抑制内皮细胞的增殖及迁移，使内皮细胞高频率调亡，细胞外基质增多，组织出现纤维化，最终导致血管瘤的退化。2、血管畸形和正常皮肤小血管中MMP-2和TIMP-2不表达或表达较弱，说明血管畸形和正常皮肤小血管中并不存在异常的血管生成，据此可以对血管性疾病进行分型、分期，并指导临床治疗。
