RESULTS: Stent materials play an important role in reducing inflammatory reaction and restenosis following stent implantation. As a medical material for humans, the features of stent should be meet the requirements of reliable distensibility, mechanical persistence, good flexibility and geometrical stability, possible small diameter, excellent blood compatibility, as well as good corrosion resistance. All of these depended on the mechanical and physical features of materials.

结果：支架材料的选择在减少机体炎症反应的强度和持续时间，减少支架置入后血管内再狭窄的发生起着重要的作用，作为人体医用材料，对支架各方面性能都提出了很高的要求，包括可靠的扩张性和力学持久性、良好的柔韧性和几何稳定性、尽可能小的外径，优异的血液相容性和耐蚀性，而支架上述特性都依赖于材料的力学和物理特性。

Doxy treatment significantly reduced intimal SMCs proliferation from 62.76%±1.02% in the controls to 43.23%±1.06% at 7 days after injury (P.01). CONCLUSION: Doxy treatment inhibits the activity of MMPs, the SMCs proliferation of intimal, neointimal hyperplasia and vascular remodeling, suggesting that Doxy treatment is useful in preventing restenosis after PTCA.

强力霉素可以显著降低血管损伤后MMPs活性，抑制内膜平滑肌细胞的增殖、新生内膜增生以及管腔重构，提示它可能具有防治PTCA术后再狭窄的作用。

Doxy treatment inhibits the activity of MMPs, the SMC proliferation ofintimal, neointimal hyperplasia and vascular remodeling which suggesting Doxy treatmentbe useful in preventing restenosis after PTCA.

用球囊扩张法可成功建立大鼠颈总动脉损伤膜型；Doxy 可以显著降低血管损伤后 MMPs 活性，抑制内膜 SMCs 的增殖、新生内膜增生以及后期的管腔重构，提示它可能具有防治 PTCA 术后再狭窄的作用。

Among the results of contrast medium chase DSA, 34 samples got clear images, only 2 samples of image showed movement artifacts. Different stenosis or emphraxis of below-popliteal arteries were existed in all patients, among them, 23 patients combined with severe stenosis of femoral superficial arteries.

结果：全部DSA检查均获得成功，对比剂跟踪DSA检查结果中，34例次造影图像优良，2例次采集的图像有移动性伪影；全部患肢均存在胭动脉以下血管不同程度的狭窄或闭塞，其中23例合并股浅动脉重度病变。

The direct signs of Pulmonary embolism were luminal constriction,emphraxis,branched decreased,intraluminal lowD filling defect of blood vessel;while the indirect signs,formation of pulmonary infarction focus,pleural effusion,pneumonia,atelectasis,pulmonary dilatation and hydropericardium,etc.

肺栓塞的直接征象为管腔狭窄、阻塞、分支减少及血管腔内的低密度充盈缺损，间接征象为肺梗死灶形成、胸腔积液、肺炎、肺不张、肺动脉增宽、心包积液等。
