Experimental methods: pathological slices: To observe the changes of pathomorphology and measure the circular area of internal elastic lamina , area of neonate intima and vascular lumen, the intimal proliferatory index and percentage, the index of lumen stenosis and positive index of proliferating cell nuclear antigen through the specimens stained by HE and immunohistochemistry.

实验方法：病理切片：进行HE染色和免疫组织化学染色，分别观察病理形态学改变；测定和计算受损血管内弹力膜环绕总面积、新生内膜面积、管腔面积、内膜增生指数、内膜增生百分比、管腔狭窄指数和增殖细胞核抗原阳性指数；观察MMP-2、MMP-3、TIMP-1和PDGF-BB的免疫组化表达。

Endovascular restenosis is an abnormal repairing response of vessel against injury. Following stent implantation, vessel contractibility reconstitution, local inflammation and thrombogenesis, intima hyperplasia, mainly vascular smooth muscle hyperplasia, are found.

血管内再狭窄是血管对抗损伤的一种异常修复反应，表现为支架植入后血管的收缩性重构，局部的炎症与血栓形成，以及以血管平滑肌细胞增殖为主的内膜增生。

Those suggest that the two capsules both can control the growth of ectopica endometrium by regularing patients endocrine.At the same time,they both increase the activity of NK cells to reinforce the effect of getting rid of the ectopia endometrium.

这说明桂附胶囊和理气胶囊均能通过调节内分泌而抑制异位内膜的血管形成，从而抑制异位内膜的生长；同时增加NK细胞的活性，以加强对异位内膜组织的清除作用。

摘要背景：大隐静脉是冠状动脉旁路移植术最常用的血管材料，但移植血管新生内膜增生和随后发生的粥样硬化所致的移植血管狭窄严重影响远期疗效。

Was simultaneously injected into cisterna magna at the second injection blood in the presence of subarachnoid blood. At 2 to 4 days, GFP was expressed in leptomeninges over the brain stem, cortex and cerebral arteries, smooth muscle cells of small vessels were occasionlly transduced. GFP was expressed in adventitia of spastic basilar artery on days 2 (day 5 after first injection blood) after injection 〓, but was undetectable by days 4, transgene was not expressed in medial or intimal layers. The prensence of subarachnoid blood can not prevent access of adenovirus to vessels and transgene expression.

注入腺病毒载体后2天（初次注血第5天）行荧光显微镜、免疫组织化学和RT-PCR检测，结果在颅内大血管如基底动脉的外膜可见外源基因的表达，而外源基因不能转移至血管中膜和内膜，4天时（初次注血第7天）基底动脉的外膜中外源基因表达消失；注入腺病毒载体后2～4天，外源基因可以有效转移至颅底软脑膜细胞，小血管外膜和平滑肌层也可见外源基因的表达，表明蛛网膜下腔内的血凝块不能阻止腺病毒载体介导外源基因转移至颅内血管。

The general view is that the vascular restenosis results from excessively neogenetic intima hyperplasia and vascular remodeling.

一般认为，PTCA后血管再狭窄是以血管平滑肌细胞增殖为主的新生内膜过度增生和血管重构的共同结果。

Results In 9 cases of endometrial biopsy of materials by uterine curettage, the cells of endometrial stromal sarcomas of 6 cases were well differentiated and like stromal cells of endometrial hyperplasia; the cells of endometrial stromal sarcomas of 3 cases were poor differentiated, the cells of 2 were like that of malignant lymphoma, and another like that of pleomorphous sarcoma. In 9 cases were found the distribution of vessels cluster like endometrial corkscrew small artery. The tumor cells were grew along lymphatic or protruded in lymphatic, and there were small islands or small pieces of tumor cells in the interspace of muscles in 2 cases. The contrastive observation of the specimens of resected uterines of 9 cases confirmed the valve of above features to the confessed diagnosis of endometrial stromal sarcomas in the materials of endometrial biopsy or uterine curettage.

有3例分化差者，其中2例酷似恶性淋巴瘤，1例酷似多形性肉瘤。9例均见簇状分布的子宫内膜螺旋小动脉样的小血管分布，2例见瘤组织沿淋巴管和突入淋巴管内生长及小片平滑肌组织的肌间隙内有小灶状或小片状瘤组织分布。9例子宫切除标本的对比观察，进一步证实了上述特征对宫内膜活检或刮出物确诊子宫内膜间质肉瘤的价值。

Results The expression of endogenous LN was found in the basement membrane of epithelium, glands and blood vessels in uterine endometrium of both estrus and early pregnancy. And its was faint that LN present in basement membrane as the implantation occurs, but the LN immunostaining in the epithelial cells of endometrium was stronger. The exogenous LN has no obvious influence on blastocyst attachment and implantation. LN-antibody intra-uterine injection showed significant repressing effect on mouse blastocyst implantation.

结果 动情期及妊娠早期小鼠子宫内膜内源性LN在上皮和腺基膜及血管内皮基膜均有表达，并随着植入的发生基膜的LN表达减弱，而内膜上皮中LN免疫染色逐渐增强；外源性LN对小鼠胚泡粘附与植入子宫内膜不产生明显影响，层粘连蛋白抗体明显抑制小鼠胚泡着床。
