注意事项：妊娠，哺乳，严重的肝功能损害，黄疸或在妊娠期有持续瘙痒，Dubin-Johnson综合征，Rotor综合征，肝脏肿瘤或有肝脏肿瘤病史，血栓栓塞或病史，镰状细胞性贫血，乳腺癌或子宫内膜癌，伴有血管变化的严重糖尿病，脂质代谢紊乱，均应慎用。

结果 慢性SZ患者下丘脑部室管膜表面变性坏死、无细胞，病灶中有大量淀粉样小体和水肿，脉络丛血管扩张，管壁内膜有坏死和钙化；神经突触内大部分突触小泡和线粒体消失，部分前后膜模糊不清。
