The direct signs of Pulmonary embolism were luminal constriction,emphraxis,branched decreased,intraluminal lowD filling defect of blood vessel;while the indirect signs,formation of pulmonary infarction focus,pleural effusion,pneumonia,atelectasis,pulmonary dilatation and hydropericardium,etc.

肺栓塞的直接征象为管腔狭窄、阻塞、分支减少及血管腔内的低密度充盈缺损，间接征象为肺梗死灶形成、胸腔积液、肺炎、肺不张、肺动脉增宽、心包积液等。

In Group A,one sample was found blood current tenuity at 14 days,one was occlusive in the femoral vein at 28 days ,the blood current ran into the vena cava posterior through the branch stem.The others were normal .And in Group B,there were one sample in each phase obliterative in the femoral vein because of relapse . For scanning electron microscopy result,Group A had a process which the injury of endothelial cells were from lower-grade to repair.

结果：1。影像学检查DSA下行血管造影见C、D两组术后第7天、14天和28天股静脉血流通畅，无明显充盈缺损或闭塞，A组第14天造影1只家兔股静脉血管纤细，血流尚通畅，第28天造影见1只家兔股静脉闭塞，血流从侧枝进入后腔静脉，其余时相股静脉血流通畅无明显异常；B组第7、14、28天造影各见1只家兔股静脉闭塞，其余未见明显异常。

静脉穿刺时前臂沿椅子扶手自然下垂2 m in，可增加肢体远端浅静脉压力，使手臂静脉在短时间内自然充盈，操作者顺势扎止血带后将手臂平放于椅子扶手上，止血带扎的位置距穿刺点10~15 cm，时间以30~120 s为佳，这样使针头进入血管后在继续行进过程中，不易对血管壁造成损伤，提高了穿刺成功率和血管重复利用。。。

CT表现为特征性的肠系膜血管蒂充盈、拉长和拥挤，另外，汇聚的肠系膜血管位于疝囊的入口处，肠系膜的主干发生移位。

Results CT shows 18 cases of mesenteric edema, 2 cases of mesenteric pneumatosis, 7 cases of mesenteric vascular anomalies, 5 cases of mesenteric vascular were filling defect, 2 cases of the trunk of the mesenteric vascular were thickening, 21 cases of segmental mesenteric small blood vessels hyperemia, 7 cases of segmental mesenteric small blood vessels ischemia and 2 cases of the mesenteric venous accumulation of gas.

结果 CT表现：肠系膜水肿18例，肠系膜积气2例，肠系膜血管走行异常7例，肠系膜血管充盈缺损5例，肠系膜主干血管增粗2例，节段性肠系膜小血管充血21例，节段性肠系膜小血管缺血7例，肠系膜静脉积气2例。

Results:the hepatic portal vein infusion filled with good, blood vesselsas well their trunks and branches were clear,well-filled,smooth and continuous.there were no dentate shadow was found.

结果：灌注后的门静脉充盈良好，血管三维图像主干及大分支饱满清晰，边缘连续平滑，无齿状伪影；小血管显示三级以上，重建的门静脉模型边缘整齐，并可实现任意角度的空间旋转，整体显示完整清晰而准确。
