Objective To evaluate the visualization of the abnormal small peripancreatic vessels in patients with pancreatic carcinoma using dual phase spiral CT and the value of peripancreatic vessels SCTA.

目的 探讨胰腺肿瘤时胰周小血管的异常改变和胰周血管SCTA临床价值。方法 2 0例胰腺肿瘤作了一次性屏气螺旋CT双期增强扫描，横断面观测胰周小血管的直径，并用动脉期扫描图像作SCTA ，进一步显示肿瘤对胰周血管和胰腺侵犯的空间解剖关系。

Angiography determined correct diagnosis in 10 patients (10/10, 100%). the most involved vessels are peripancreatic arteries. eight patients were managed by trans-catheter arterial embolization as "one point"(a proximal point of the pseudo-aneurysm).

受累血管主要为胰周血管。8例&一点法&栓塞后获得止血，2例&两点法&（动脉瘤出血血管的近端和远端）血管栓塞成功。

The SPECT imaging of ~(99)Tc~m-GEBP11 can show the tumor mass clearly and ~(131)I-GEBP11 has anti-tumor effect with weak toxicant and secondary effect, which is the foundation for them to develop nuclide probe or radiotherapeutics drugs targeting to tumor vasculature.3. GEBP11 can inhibit angiogenesis, which comes true probably through its inhibition effects on the proliferation, invasion, migration and adherence of ECs.

1、GEBP11具有活体内胃癌血管靶向结合的能力，它与胃癌血管内皮细胞膜受体特异结合后可被内化。2、~(99)Tc~m-GEBP11 SPECT成像能较好地显示体内肿瘤灶，~(131)I-GEBP11具有明显的抗肿瘤效应及较弱的毒副作用，为开发肿瘤血管成像核素探针及受体放射治疗新药奠定了基础。3、GEBP11具有抑制胃癌血管生成的作用，这可能通过抑制ECs增殖、基质降解及迁移、粘附能力实现。

Results MRVE of normal arteries can be seen round and smooth.We can see4～6grades of branches of the cerebral arteries by its opening;Arteriosclerosis detectedwith MRVE showed that the ramose number of blood vessel reduced;Vein were seen as a wide and flat canal.

结果 正常脑动脉血管MRVE表现为圆形光滑的管腔，可看到其4～6级分支血管的开口；动脉硬化在MRVE上表现为血管分支开口数目的减少；静脉血管表现为宽扁的光滑管腔。

The results suggested that vascular remodeling was the most prominent in LCA subjected to low shear stress accompanied by hypertension, which is regulated through the changing expression of p-Akt, p-p38, Rho GDIα. Tributyrin could affect the flow mediated carotid remodeling by both increasing apoptosis and decreasing proliferation of VSMCs through PI-3K/Akt, bcl-2, p53, p27. Tributyrin could have potential roles in treatment of vascular diseases, such as artherosclerosis and vascular restenosis, etc.

结果提示，高血压与切应力协同作用对血管重建的影响最为显著，Akt、p38和Rho GDIα信号通路参与了高血压与低切应力诱导的血管重建过程；Tributyrin对血管重建的干预作用是通过影响PI-3K信号通路，调节凋亡相关蛋白bcl-2以及细胞周期调控蛋白p53和p27的表达水平而实现的；Tributyrin有可能成为一种在动脉粥样硬化、血管再狭窄等疾病防治中有潜在临床应用价值的药物。

The activation of endothelial cell caused by TNF-α has detrimental effects on the vasculature. TNF-α can induce the increased apoptosis of gravid trophocyte. TNF-α has been showing up-regulate the vasoconstriction factors such as endothelin and down-regulate the vascular relaxing factors such as NO on the contrary.

肿瘤坏死因子α作为炎性分子，激活血管内皮细胞、间接影响血管舒缩功能，通过各种机制诱导胎盘滋养细胞凋亡增加，增加血管收缩因子并减少血管舒张因子的生成和释放，影响与脂类代谢相关的细胞因子。

依据冠状动脉造影结果将不同狭窄程度血管所供心肌节段分为四组，即明显狭窄组(血管狭窄≥75％)、中度狭窄组(血管狭窄在50％～74％)、轻度狭窄组(血管狭窄＜50％)及正常组，分析每一节段心肌灌注信号曲线参数(最大斜率、强化峰值及达峰值的通过时间)并比较组间差异。

Endothelin-1 (ET-1) is a potent vasoconstrictive peptide that was isolated initially from the conditioned medium of cultured endothelial cells. It is a pathogenic mediator with a number of deleterious effects, including vasoconstriction, fibrosis, vascular hypertrophy,and inflammation.Atrial natriuretic peptide, angiotensin II and nitric oxide also takes an important role in cardiovascular system.

内皮素-1(endothelia-1，ET-1)是一种由内皮细胞合成和分泌的、具有强烈收缩血管作用和促进细胞增生的血管活性多肽，心钠素(atrialnatriuretic peptide，ANP)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(angiotensin Ⅱ，AⅡ)、NO等在心血管系统功能的调节中也起着重要作用。

The purpose of this study was to compare the vasodilating effects of angiotensin-(1-7) [Ang-(1-7)] on the different vessels and to clarify its mechanisms by using relaxing responses of preconstricted vascular rings.

实验采用兔外周动脉离体标本，在预收缩血管后，用血管紧张素[angiotensin--(1--7)，Ang--(1--7)]舒张血管，比较Ang--(1--7)对外周各血管床的舒张效应并分析其产生机制。

Compared with SHRc , after 4 weeks, Pro-EGF mRNA expression level of SHRsv and SHRlv VSMC were significant lower.Conclusions: Valsartan decrease SBP of SHR, inhibit SHR VSMC proliferation, reverse vascular hypertrophy of thoracic aorta and mesenteric artery in SHR, improve the two arteries vasomotion function. Pro-EGF mRNA expression only in SHR VSMC, not in the VSMC of WKY. It indicated pro-EGF gene may play an important role in hypertension advance .

缬沙坦有效降压的同时，抑制SHR大鼠VSMC增殖，逆转其弹性血管和阻力血管的肥厚，明显改善其弹性血管和阻力血管的舒缩功能。pro-EGF mRNA只在SHR大鼠VSMC表达，而在WKY大鼠VSMC没有表达，提示pro-EGF基因可能在高血压的发生发展中起一定的作用，可能是高血压的一个病理机制。
