Methods and Results:the method of rat heterotopic heart transplantation was modified in preparation of recipient ,the way of donor cardiectomy and vessel anastomosis based on Ono method.The duration of procedure and the myocardial ischemic duration were shortened.The anastomotic hemorrhage rate and stricture rate were reduced .

方法和结果：以Ono法为基础，在供心的切取、受体腹腔血管的准备、心肌保护以及血管吻合方面进行了改进，缩短了手术操作时间，减少了术后出血和吻合口狭窄的发生率。

objectiveto explore the application of carpometacarpal superficial vein graft in the digital replantation.methodthirty cases hospitalized in our hospital from january 2004 to october 2008 were dealed with vessel defect in the digital replantation by carpometacarpal superficial vein graft.resultsthe replanted fingers all survived,the appearance and function were good.conclusionusing carpometacarpal superficial vein graft is a good way to deal with vessel defect in the digital replantation.
