Results CT shows 18 cases of mesenteric edema, 2 cases of mesenteric pneumatosis, 7 cases of mesenteric vascular anomalies, 5 cases of mesenteric vascular were filling defect, 2 cases of the trunk of the mesenteric vascular were thickening, 21 cases of segmental mesenteric small blood vessels hyperemia, 7 cases of segmental mesenteric small blood vessels ischemia and 2 cases of the mesenteric venous accumulation of gas.

结果 CT表现：肠系膜水肿18例，肠系膜积气2例，肠系膜血管走行异常7例，肠系膜血管充盈缺损5例，肠系膜主干血管增粗2例，节段性肠系膜小血管充血21例，节段性肠系膜小血管缺血7例，肠系膜静脉积气2例。

To pay attention to carry out effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation, hemostasis by compression and deep vein intubation rapidly in the initial stage of emergency. The carotid shunt tube plays an important role in severe carotid injury and re-establishment process. We use external jugular vein to transplant and re-establish,which are rung with artificial blood vessels for the long distance carotid injury and achieved the best result. We expose as fully as possible for the hepatic venae and the posthepatic post caval injury,and adopt effective methods to stop bleeding and repair. The application of blood shunt pump could raise the success rate for those severe patients. The self-double vastransplantation with both ends being all trousers-style one opening solve some problems such as there are no suitable caliber self-transplantation blood vessels and the artificial blood vessels are easy to occur obliteration for long-term and so on for the great or middle blood vessels.We use improved Fogarty duct and anterograde intubation to eliminate thrombus could eliminate thrombus effectively and avoid accessory injury for the deep vein injury and extensive thrombosis.

抢救初期要注意进行有效的心肺复苏、压迫止血和快速进行深静脉插管；颈动脉转流管在严重颈动脉损伤重建过程中有重要作用；对长距离颈动脉损伤用颈外静脉移植外环包人造血管重建，可取得最佳效果；对肝静脉及肝后下腔静脉损伤，要充分暴露，采用有效方法止血和修复，对病情极危重的凶险性出血者，血液转流泵的应用可提高成功率；对大、中血管损伤，两端均为裤式单开口自体双血管移植，解决了无适宜口径自体移植血管和应用人造血管远期易闭塞等问题；对深静脉损伤并广泛血栓形成者，应用改进的Fogarty导管和顺行插管取栓法，可有效取栓并避免了副损伤。

We found for the first time that the epithelium of bronchus of normal broilersexpressed iNOS mRNA.iNOS activity in the epithelium of bronchus of preascitic andascitic broilers were higher than normal broilers,but there was no iNOS activity inpulmonary vessels of all the three types broilers.The results indicated that the increasedNOS expression in pulmonary vessels of preascitic and ascitic broilers was not iNOS.

首次发现在肉鸡肺动脉高压发展过程中，肺血管NOS的表达是增加的，尤其是正常鸡无NOS表达的肺小血管内皮和平滑肌在腹水鸡却呈高水平表达，且NOS活性增加的肺小血管也同时存在管壁平滑肌层增厚或无肌型血管肌化的结构重建现象，结果提示NOS表达增强可能与肺血管中膜增厚有关。

Conventional imaging technique which unsubtracted bone was used first,use 3D treatment on workstation to reconstruct cerebral vessels,to diagnose aneurysm,vascular malformation and tumor as well as to evaluate the preoperative and postoperative efficacy.Subtract bone techniques including one by one slice subtraction,semi-automatic digital subtraction radiography,matched mask bone elimination and control tube exposure light spot imaging technique can show the vessels more clear without the interference of bone as well as the relationship between vessel and pathological changes more accuracy.

首先是未去骨的常规成像技术，利用工作站进行多平面重建技术、最大密度投影、容积再现、表面遮盖法等多种三维处理得到头部血管及肿瘤图像，对动脉瘤、血管畸形及肿瘤血管进行病变诊断及术前、术后评价；其次是近年出现的逐层减影、半自动数字减影、匹配蒙片骨去除法及控制球管曝光点的减影等去除颅骨的减影技术，没有颅骨的干扰血管显示更加清楚，血管与病变关系显示更准确。

Effects of H_2O_2 on the tension of isolated aortic rings of rat As above methods,Our results indicated that (1) aortic rings with endothelium precontracted by NE to 10000μmol/L H_2O_2 induced a relaxation; aortic rings with endothelium to 100μmol/L H_2O_2 induced a significant contraction;H_2O_2 induced the same effects in aortic rings without endothelium, there is significant difference in presence and absence of endothelium.

双氧水对大鼠离体血管环张力的影响方法同2，结果：①NE预收缩后，加入10000μmol／L H_2O_2，内皮完整血管环表现为舒张作用；加入100μmol／L H_2O_2后血管环表现为收缩作用；H_2O_2对去内皮的血管环同样具有上述作用，与内皮完整组相比差异显著；②10000μmol／L H_2O_2可使得内皮完整及去内皮血管环中NO含量升高；100μmol／L H_2O_2可使得NO含量降低。

Our results indicated that (1) aortic rings with and without endothelium precontracted by NE to decreased pH induced a relaxation; aortic rings with and without endothelium to increased pH induced a contraction; there is no significant difference in presence and absence of endothelium .(2)NO levels had no significant change in isolated aortic rings presence and absence of endothelium to decreased pH and increased pH ;(3)sulfite levels in isolated aortic rings with endothelium reduced to decreased pH and increased pH. sulfite levels in aortic rings without endothelium had no remarkable change.

结果：①NE预收缩后，pH值降低对内皮完整和去除内皮胸主动脉血管环呈舒张作用；pH值升高对内皮完整和去除内皮胸主动脉血管环呈收缩作用；内皮完整组与去内皮组相比无显著性差异；②pH降低和升高对内皮完整和去除内皮血管环中NO含量无显著性影响；③pH降低和升高均可使内皮完整血管组织中亚硫酸盐含量减少，对去内皮血管中亚硫酸盐无显著性影响。

The positive expression rates of Tissue Inhibitors of Metalloproteinase-2 protein in the cases of involuting groups were significantly higher than those in proliferating group and vascular malformation groups and normal skin group (P.05). Its difference was significant. Conclusions: Matrix MetallProtinase-2 and Tissue Inhibitors of Metalloproteinase-2 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of hemangiomas through angiogenesis. They may have no effect on vascular malformation and normal skin

血管瘤退化期，TIMP-2表达明显升高，说明 TIMP-2与血管瘤纤维化、消退有关，其机制可能是一方面通过抑制MMP-2介导的基底膜降解而在内皮细胞迁移、聚集中起作用，另一方面直接抑制内皮细胞的增殖及迁移，使内皮细胞高频率调亡，细胞外基质增多，组织出现纤维化，最终导致血管瘤的退化。2、血管畸形和正常皮肤小血管中MMP-2和TIMP-2不表达或表达较弱，说明血管畸形和正常皮肤小血管中并不存在异常的血管生成，据此可以对血管性疾病进行分型、分期，并指导临床治疗。
