Results (1)Of 104 patients with trigeminal neuralgia,75 patients had neurovascular compression or contact of the cisternal portion of the trigeminal nerve at MR imaging and 69 patients were verified by operation;14 patients had C-P angle tumors,13 cases were diagnosed by MRI and the remaining one was verified by the operation and pathology;5 patients had vascular lesions at MR imaging which were verified by microvascular decompression.

结果 (1)104例三叉神经痛患者中MRI诊断为血管压迫或接触的为75例，术中证实有血管压迫或接触的为69例；桥小脑角肿瘤共14例，MRI确诊13例，另1例由手术确诊；血管性病变的为5例，均由微血管减压术或手术病理证实；(2)三叉神经痛病因中血管压迫或接触、肿瘤性病变及血管性病变所占比例分别为66.3%(69/104)、13.5%(14/104)和4.8%(5/104)；(3)根据手术结果，MRI对三叉神经痛患者诊断的敏感性为89.4%，特异性为96.6%。

The sensitivity of 3d-tof-mra for diagnosing vascular compression or contact was 88.2%, and the accuracy compared with the surgery was 91.8%. conclusion 3d-tof-mra plays an important role in demonstrating the relationship of the cisternal portion of facial nerve with its surrounding vasculature, and has high sensitivity and accuracy in judging neurovascular compression or contact, which may help to select the proper method for treating patients with hfs. 3d-tof-mra appears to be an important imaging test for determining pathogenesis of hfs.

3d-tof-mra 能清晰显示面神经脑池段及其与毗邻血管的关系，对责任血管的诊断有较高的敏感度和准确度，是面肌痉挛术前病因评估的重要指标，对指导术者探察责任血管，避免遗漏，提高手术疗效等方面具有重要意义。

Vascular hyperpermeability is one of the important causein hypovole-mia and organs disfunction after various kinds of shock,and its treatment is still one of the problems in the medical field. For example,the operative methods of preventing hyperpermeability and plasm bleeding is still unreliable after severity burn,and traditional treatment just passively transfuses according to the burn clysis formula instead of inhibiting permeability by injecting drugs. The principal reason is that pathogenesis of vascular endothelial cell permeabilty has not been entirely revealed at the level of molecular biology.

血管通透性增高是休克时有效血容量减少和器官功能损害的重要原因之一，它的防治一直是医学界的一个难题，如在大面积烧伤时，至今未能找到一个简单有效的防治血管通透性升高和血浆渗出丢失的方法，传统的方法只是根据烧伤补液公式测算进行被动的补液来纠正，而不能依靠注射化学制剂来终止其渗出，主要原因是未能从分子生物学水平揭示血管内皮细胞渗出的机制。

Methods: We selected 71 patients with acute hemorrhagic stroke as the study group who were hospitalized within 24 hours after onset in the 1st 3rd 5th 7th 9th 11th 13th 15th day of hospitalization and prior to the usage of dehydrant. We selected 30 normal people as the control group. We collected the data of cerebrovascular hemodynamic index including cerebral blood flow and velocity, cerebrovascular resistance, cerebrovascular elasticity ,dynamic resistance and critical pressure for each patient . We compared the data between the study group and control group ,also we compared the data in the different time after disease onset and the data of affected side and non-affected side by using SPSS software.

选择急性出血性脑血管病患者71例为观察组，正常人30例作为对照组，观察组以发病时间为起点，分别在发病后第1、3、5、7、9、11、13、15天且在使用脱水药前行脑循环动力学检测仪检测获得脑循环动力学参数，包括血流速度、血流量、血管弹性指标，血管阻力、血管调节功能指标动态阻力及临界压力数值，对观察组和对照组的各项数值进行比较，及观察组在发病后的不同时间进行前后比较，且对患侧和健侧数值之间进行比较，所得数据使用SPSS软件处理。

IRHV was demonstrated in 153/270(56.7%), CHV was demonstrated in 68/270(25.2%). Conclusions Portal and hepatic vein can be displayed accurately by 3D 64-MSCT angiography , which could measure diameter or other information about the veins at any cross-section. Meanwhile, more anatomic information could be provided for hepatic segments resection and liver transplantation directively. Portal and hepatic vein diseases could be diagnosed by 3D 64-MSCTA accurately and directly also.

肝脏门静脉及肝静脉的多层螺旋CT血管成像能准确、立体地显示大血管的空间位置关系，在不同的切面上准确测量血管的直径或其他的解剖学数据，为临床提供大量有用的解剖学信息，对确定肝脏病灶的叶段切除和肝移植的手术方式具有指导价值，同时还能直观、准确地诊断肝脏门静脉及肝静脉的病变。

Essential hypertension caused by neurovascular compression of the left ventrolateral medulla was associated with malbalance of vasomotor center in the dorsal medulla. The possible pathogenesis was the following:① An irritation of the left RVLM by pulsatile compression of an ectatic vessel would increase activity of central sympathetic neuron.② Neurovascular compression at the REZ of the cranial nerves Ⅸ and Ⅹ decreased excitation of parasympathetic nerve.③ Decreased sensitivity of afferent inputs to neuron of nucleus tractus solitarii in the sensory area lead to hyperactivity of central sympathetic nervous system due to pulsatile compression of the left RVLM.④ Neurocompression of the left RVLM and REZ in the left cranial nerves Ⅸ and Ⅹ lead to an overactivity of central renin angiotensin system.

3，结论：左侧延髓腹外侧Ⅸ、Ⅹ颅神经REZ动脉血管压迫所导致的高血压的发生与左侧延髓血管运动中枢对血压的调节失衡有关，其可能机制是：①左侧RVLM在搏动性血管压迫刺激下，中枢交感神经元活性增高；②左侧Ⅸ、Ⅹ颅神经REZ受压导致副交感神经兴奋性降低；③感受区孤束核神经元接受迷走神经传入冲动的敏感性减低，导致中枢交感神经活性增高；④左侧RVLM及Ⅸ、Ⅹ颅神经REZ受压引起中枢RAS活性增加。

Results Signs of inflammatory reactions to embolic materials could be found. Recanalization in some occluded vessels was observed.

结果 栓塞后，CAVM血管腔内出现不同程度的血管炎性反应，部分被栓塞的血管腔内可见再通。

SO2 is endogenously generated in cardiovascular system, and the SO2 content in arteries is higher than that in other organs. GOT enzyme and GOT mRNA expression are low in arteries, and this phenomenon may be related with local metabolism.

SO2可在心血管系统内源性产生，动脉血管中SO2含量高于组织器官中的含量，GOT酶及GOT mRNA的含量在动脉血管中较低，这可能与局部代谢及作用有关。

The expression of ILK in the preretinal membranes in PDR indicate that ILK involves in the pathological process of neovascularization in PDR. Intravitreal injection of Avastin can decrease the numbers of endothelial cells in the proliferative fibrovascular membranes, and it also can down-regulate the expression of VEGF and HIF-1αprotein, but it can not affect the expression of ILK protein.

结论1。人PDR增殖膜中的新生血管有ILK表达，提示ILK参与了视网膜新生血管的形成过程；玻璃体内注射Avastin治疗PDR，能够减少视网膜新生血管内皮细胞数量，下调HIF-1α、VEGF在增殖膜的表达，但不能下调ILK的表达。
