AIM: To reconstruct the tissue engineering blood vessel by using acellular matrix of porcine thoracic aorta tissue as the scaffold, and by inoculability of vascular endothelial cells from human umbilical cord vein.

目的： 采用脱细胞处理的猪胸主动脉血管基质作为支架材料，接种人脐带血管内皮细胞，构建组织工程血管。

Results: When arcuate and interlobular arteries were detected, RI of CKD patients in each stage increased significantly compared with the control group, and RI of interlobular arteries of mild renal dysfunction patients were different from those of moderate and severe renal dysfunction patients significantly.

结果：各期CKD患者弓形动脉、小叶间动脉砒均与健康对照组有显著性差异（P〈0.05）；CKD患者轻度肾损害小叶间动脉砒较中重度肾损害有显著性差异（P（0.05）；应用eflow显像对小叶间血管的分型分析表明CKD各期的小叶间血管较健康对照组均有减少，差异有显著性意义，且轻度肾损害小叶间血管较中重度肾损害丰富，差异有显著性意义。

Helical CT angiography provides a means to rapidly and noninvasively evaluate the vasculature, both intracranially and extracranially, in acute, subacute, and chronic stroke settings and thus to provide potentially important information about the presence of vessel occlusions or stenoses.

螺旋CT血管成像（helical CT angiography， helical CTA）可以快速、无创地评价急性、亚急性、慢性卒中时颅内及颅外血管状况；因此，可以提供血管闭塞或狭窄的信息。该技术用于急性卒中患者的可行性已被证实。

METHODS: The rabbit hindlimb normothermic tourniquet ischemia model was employed. The tendon on the dorsum of the foot was exposed for observation of microvessels. The responses of arterioles on tendon surface to topical application of 10(-6) mol/L noradrenaline, 10(-6) mol/l acetylcholine (an endothelium-dependent vasodilator) and 10(-4) mol/L nitroglycerin (an endothelium-independent vasodilator) were observed at the period of ischemia and following 30 minutes of reperfusion after 2 hours and 5 hours of ischemia by use of intravital microscopy.

应用兔后肢止血带常温缺血模型及足背肌腱表面微循环观察法，观察肢体缺血 2小时及 5小时再灌注后微动脉对局部滴注血管收缩剂 [去甲肾上腺素(10 - 6 mol/ L ) ]、内皮依赖性血管舒张剂 [乙酰胆碱(10 - 6 mol/ L ) ]及内皮非依赖性血管舒张剂 [硝酸甘油(10 - 4 mol/ L) ]的反应性变化。

The correlative analysis was done between PAIs and postoperative outcome. Results: The minimal diameter of right pulmonary artery was found at proximal portion in 62 cases, at middle portion in 22 cases and at distal portion in 34 cases; the minimal diameter of left pulmonary artery was found at proximal portion in 46 cases, at middle portion in 13 cases, at distal portion in 59 cases. The length of stay in ICU, mechanical ventilation time, dose of inotropic drugs correlated well with modified pulmonary artery index better than Nakata index, with Nakata index better than McGoon index.

目前临床上多用McGoon指数、Nakata指数作为形态学指标评估肺血管容量及肺血流情况，一般认为McGoon指数、Nakata指数越大，术后低心排发生率越低，生存率越高，但这些指数有以下缺点：l 左、右肺动脉第一分支处的单点测量值能否反映肺血管的全貌尚有疑问。2 McGoon指数、Nakata指数无法预计术后肺血管的潜在发育能力。3 McGoon指数、Nakata指数都需通过心血管造影后测量获得，价格昂贵，有一定的创伤性，无法系统观察。

CAC was identified in 2003 as a cardiovascular disease risk factor and an independent predictor of mortality. Investigators have known since at least 1996 that CAC is from 2 to 5 times more extensive in people on hemodialysis than in people with coronary artery disease but not kidney disease, said Dr. Asci, a nephrologist at the Ege University School of Medicine in Izmir, Turkey. Subsequent studies have shown an association between CAC and left ventricular hypertrophy and coronary abnormalities, including atherosclerosis, stiffness, and perfusion problems.

Results:One hundred and eleven eyes were treated with PRP, 95 eyes were treated with mild-PRP. Visual acuity was increased by 1～3 lines in 82 eyes(35%), not changed in 94 eyes(46%) and decreased in 30 eyes(19%). On Fundus fluorescein angiography 3 months later, new vessels shrinked and retinal edema recovered in most cases, but in 10 eyes, new vessels and small nonperfusional areas still could be seen after the treatment, which was treated again.

结果：111只眼行广泛视网膜光凝术治疗，95只眼行亚广泛视网膜光凝术治疗。82只眼视力提高1～3行，占35%；94只眼视力无变化，占46%；30只眼视力下降，占19%。3个月后行荧光素眼底血管造影检查，新生血管大部分萎缩，视网膜水肿消退，有10只眼残留新生血管及小片状无灌注区，再次补充光凝。

497 patients with acute cerebral infarction was fractionated 2 groups, First group had accepted therapy with 2 kinds or 1 kind of vasodilator agent; second group had accepted therapy with 3 or overtopping 3 kinds of vasodilator agent.

依据血管扩张剂的使用情况，将497例急性脑梗死患者分成两组，第一组使用血管扩张剂2种以下，第二组使用血管扩张剂3种以上。
