Methods: Research on middle-aged and old person who hospitalized in our hospital from January, 2000 to October,2006, measure the blood uric acidwith zymology, the boundary is SUA which is bigger than 420mmol/l, Comparate and analysis the clinical material of hypeluricemia group, hypeluricemia merge coronary disease group and normal uric acid group.

以2000年1月至2006年10月在我院住院的中老年人为研究对象，采用酶学测定血尿酸，以SUA大于420mmol/l为界限，比较分析高尿酸血症组及高尿酸血症合并冠心病组与尿酸正常组的临床资料。

Objective: Bletilla Striata polysaccharide was used to stimulate the whole blood of the ICR mice. The mRNA and protein levels of all the inflammatory factors and coagulation factors in the whole blood were determined at different time intervals in order to investigate the molecular mechanism of BSP on the pathway of inflammation and coagulation. Methods:The whole blood was obtained from the ICR mice and stimulated by BSP.

目的：用白芨多糖刺激全血，检测不同刺激时间全血中各种炎症因子和凝血因子在mRNA水平和蛋白质水平的表达量，探讨白芨多糖作用于炎症和凝血通路的分子机制。

肾病综合征患者血液的高凝状态与继发性高脂血症、凝血系统被激活所造成的凝血功能亢进、血小板增多、血液浓缩等多种因素有关。

Results: None of 12 recipients developed acute transfusion related hemolysis during infusion of stem cells. Both major and minor ABO incompatibility had no adverse effects on engraftment and recovery of platelets. However, the major ABO-incompatible group showed trends of slower erythropoietic recovery and 1 recipient in this group experienced delayed hemolysis.

结果：12例ABO血型不合的allo-HSCT受者在输入造血干细胞悬液时无1例发生急性溶血和输血相关性溶血，主要不合和次要不合对allo-HSCT骨髓植活和血小板恢复均无影响，但主要不合组红系恢复有延迟的趋势，有1例发生迟发性溶血。

METHODS: Whole blood samples (3.000 L) from 10 healthyvolunteers (2 female, 8 male) were acidified by adding 40 Lof hydrochloric acid of increasing molarity to achieve a bloodpH between 7.0 and 7.37, and coagulation was analyzedby rotational thromboelastometry after an incubation periodof 30 min using both intrinsically and extrinsically activated assays.

Results The rejection group began to show the mRNA of perforin and granzyme B up-regulation on day 3 posttransplantation, when no histologic evidence of rejection was found. Levels of expression significantly increased after day 4 posttransplantation and persisted through the whole course of rejection, but levels of expression were obviously lower in the peripherial blood than those in portal vein blood. In contrast, the control group showed no expression of mRNA for perforin and granzyme B in portal vein and peripherial blood.

结果 急性排斥肝移植组术后3天门静脉和外周血中均有穿孔素和颗粒酶B基因mRNA表达，4天后表达明显增强，并贯穿整个排斥反应的全过程，但外周血表达的强度明显较门静脉血为弱，同基因对照组术后14天内无穿孔素和颗粒酶B基因表达。

Result:It was showed that Zhechong not only lowered markedly whole blood viscosity,plasmatic viscosity and packed cell volume but also promoted red cell immune function,which may be:①RBC C3b receptor rosette rate(RCR1R) could be enhanced,②RBC immune complexes rosette rate could be reduced,③the serum rosette forming enhancing rate of RBC C3b receptor could be increased,④the serum rosette forming inhibitory rate of RBC C3b receptor could be decreased.Moreover,there were the inverse correlation between blood viscositv and RCR1R.

结果：虫能明显降低瘀血大鼠的全血比粘度、血浆比粘度和红细胞压积；提高瘀血大鼠红细胞C3b受体花环率，使红细胞免疫复合物花环率下降，血清红细胞免疫粘附促进因子活性增强，而抑制因子减弱；血液粘度与红细胞C3b受体花环率的相关分析呈显著负相关。

Maxillary central incisors had a slightly greater pulpal blood flow values than maxillary lateral incisors. The flow values from 15 teeth with necrotic pulp or pulpless teeth were significantly lower than that from the control teeth. Before therapy the values from 16 deep caries teeth were all higher than that from the control teeth. After therapy, most (15/16) of those values decreased to normal in three days. The value of one tooth with deep caries remained high, and one week later, the pulp became necrosis.

由死髓牙测得的流量值显著小于正常对照。16颗深龋患牙治疗前牙髓血流量皆高于正常对照组，治疗后有15颗患牙的血流量很快降至正常，有1颗患牙在治疗后血流量无明显变化，最终发生牙髓坏死。
