Methods:180 HCV patients and 40 healthy controls were selected for the research, and their serum BAFF levels were detected by ELISA. The level of serum HCV-RNA in HCV patients was detected through fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction and analyzed along with the clinical data of HCV patients.

选取180名HCV感染者及40名健康对照，应用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清中BAFF含量，荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测HCV感染者血清中HCV-RNA的水平，并结合HCV感染者临床情况分析。

Methods Fifty-three patients diagnosed as chronic hapatitis of C were treated by IFN and Ribavirin for at least 24 weeks. Serum HCV-RNA was detected by fluorescent quantitative PCR. Genotype was determined by Simmonds. Results There was no difference of HCV-RNA levels in different genotypes, as that of ApoB.

Objective To explore the clinical value of the titer of serum HP antibody in patients with gastric diseases.Methods Serous HP antibody was detected with ELISA and HP was cultured,tested with urase,and stained with Gram method on smears which was observed microscopically and compared with proteus protein-enveloped test.Results ELISA showed high sensitivity and specificity.Conclusion Serous ELISA detection of HP antibody can be used widely in clinical diagnosis and epidemical screening without endoscopy and biopsy.

目的 探索胃部疾病患者血清中的幽门螺旋菌HP抗体滴度的临床价值方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验ELISA法检测HP抗体与HP培养，尿素酶试验和涂片革兰氏染色作镜下形态检查相比较，并同时与变形杆菌蛋白包被测定法作比较结果显示该法具有敏感特异性强的特点结论该法无需常规内镜检查，活检查HP而单纯用血清学检查，可广泛应用于临床诊断和流行病学人群普查

To study the changes between SOD activity and LPO content in serum of the patients with cholecystolithiasis before and after operation, the methods of xanthine oxidase and thiobarbituric acid were applied to this study.

Results Compared with the model group, crocetin can significantly reduce the cardiac indexes, obviously decrease the level of MDA, LDH and CK in the serum.
