Methods:A rabbit model was developed with scald complicated with artificial infection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Studies were carried out by using the combat trauma spray group and the solution group.At day1,2,4,7,14,post experiments,rabbit serum was collected,the body temperatures of animals were taken,and such inflammatory factors as white cell count,serum levels of NO 2-/NO 3-,serum levels of tumor necrosis factor,serum superoxide anion,as well as GPT,AKP,aspartate carbamyl transferase,urea nitrogen were also collected to measure the functions of both the kidney and liver.

采用烫伤合并人工感染绿脓杆菌的家兔模型，用战伤喷剂与溶剂组于实验前和实验后第1、2、4、7、14天采集家兔血清，测量体温，检测白细胞数、血清NO 2-/NO 3-水平、血清肿瘤坏死因子水平、血清超氧阴离子等炎性因子水平以及谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、天冬氨酸转移酶、肌苷和尿素氮等肝肾功能指标水平。

Methods: 1. To detect the GC level in the serum by enzyme immunoassay kit.The serum samples were obtained from 22 psoriatic patients, 15 patients who had been clinical cured and 20 normal controls. There were standard, control, and sample wells. The standardN control and serum samples were pipeted into the appropriate wells and then the enzyme conjugate solution, GC antiserum were pipeted into each wells, incubated the wells at room temperature for 45 minutes, washed and dried each well, added TMB chromogen solution, incubated the wells for 15 minutes, added H2SO4 to stop the reaction.

1。酶免疫法测定银屑病患者治疗前、后血清GC水平的变化：血清标本来自22例治疗前银屑病患者、15例临床治愈的银屑病患者第四军匝大学硕＿］，学位论文和 20名正常人对照，设置标准品孔、对照品孔和样本孔，标准品、对照品和血清样品分别加入对应各孔中，在各孔中再加入酶联GC，兔抗GC血清，室温下放置 45分钟后清洗吸干，加 TMP色原，15分钟后 11p。

The result of immobilization showed that hydrophile membranes were more advantageous than hydrophobe ones to act as immobilization carrier. An appropriate amount of bovine serum albumin and crosslinker is necessary to get a good result of immobilization. In the biodegradation of methyl-parathion through enzyme membrane reactor, the effect of immobilized enzyme amount, flow rate of peristaltic pump, pH of the feed, and the methyl-parathion concentration on biodegradation rate was studied. It was shown that the biodegradation rate increased with immobilized enzyme amount and substrate concentration. Biodegradation rate didn't increase when the folw rate of the peristaltic pump was larger than 7 ml/min.

然后，研究固定化酶降解甲基对硫磷，从不同材料的膜载体固定有机磷水解酶的比较中，发现亲水膜比疏水膜适合作固定化酶载体；在此基础上，将有机磷水解酶固定在聚醚砜微滤膜上，并制成酶膜生物反应器，用于降解甲基对硫磷；戊二醛化学交联法固定时，酶液与10%牛血清白蛋白溶液的比例在3：1~2：1，与交联剂的比例在7：2~7：4范围内，固定化效果较好，并发现牛血清白蛋白和膜载体有降低酶活损失的作用；将固定化的酶膜装于酶膜反应器降解甲基对硫磷，实验结果表明：反应器的降解速率与固定化酶量呈正比，也随底物浓度的增加而加快，当流速低时，降解速率随流速增大而加快，到7ml/min以上时，降解速率不随流速脑黾佣洌到獾淖畹团ǘ任？

After 24 hours, all rats were anesthetized again and their left common carotid arteries were cannulated to facilitate blood withdrawal for serum sample. Results It showed that the serum active enzymatic of 5′-NT in hepatic and gall diseases,osteal diseases levels were increase, especially the more significant increase of the serum active enzymatic of 5′-NT in level appeared in the patients with hepatic and gall diseases,osteal diseases .

结果 发现在肝胆疾病和骨骼疾病时，血清5′-NT酶活性升高，尤其是急性黄疸型肝炎、肝癌、胆道疾病患者血清5′-NT酶活性差异有非常显著性（ P ＜0.01）时，随病情好转，血清5′-NT酶活性有所降低。
