The authors determined 117 animals with fascicliasis by 6 serum enzymes SDH,ARG,OCT,GOT,γ GT and AKP and discovered that the activities of OCT and γ GT increasel in both acute and chronic fascioliasis, but the activity of GOT increased only in acute fascioliasis.
