METHODS: A total of 264 chronic HBVinfected patients were enrolled in our study, and were divided into lowlevel HBsAg group(147 cases) and highlevel HBsAg group(117 cases) based on the HBsAg level or were divided into immune tolerance stage, immune clearance stage and nonactive stage based on the natural history. Realtime PCR and microparticle enzyme immunoassay were used to determine the content of HBV DNA and HBV M in serum samples of highlevel and lowlevel HBsAg patients, respectively, then the quantitative results were compared.

对264例慢性HBV感染者的HBsAg浓度(高浓度HBsAg组、低浓度HBsAg组)及自然史(免疫耐受期、免疫清除期、非活动期)进行分组，采用实时荧光聚合酶链反应和微粒子酶免疫试验对147例低浓度HBsA组和117例高浓度HBsAg组的血清标本进行HBV DNA和HBV M的定量测定并进行比较。

Methods HBV DNA was extracted from the serum of patient with hepatitis B. The X gene was amplified by PCR using the primers with EcoRI and HindⅢ digestion sites, and then cloned into pronucleus expression vector pMAL-C2X, which was detected by EcoRI and HindⅢ digestion and sequence.

从乙肝病人血清中提取HBV DNA；以带有EcoRI和HindⅢ酶切位点的引物，用PCR方法扩增X基因；而后定向克隆到原核表达载体pMAL-C2X上，经酶切鉴定和序列分析；以IPTG诱导X融合蛋白的表达。

The results of light, electro- microscopy show that structure of endolethial cell and smooth muscle cell in treating group is more integral than that in control group.

其作用机制之一是由于该药具有良好的调脂降脂作用，其不仅能明显降低血清LDL-c及升高HDL-c含量，且能有效阻止TC沉积于血管壁，从而保护内皮细胞结构完整；此外，温心胶囊尚具有明显的抗氧化作用，该药不仅能明显降低血浆LPO含量，且能提高SOD活性，同时其对血红素在细胞内代谢的调节作用也参与了抗氧化过程。2 温心胶囊能明显促进内皮细胞释放CO及合成〓，提高HO活性，通过激活血管平滑肌细胞内鸟苷酸环化酶及腺苷酸环化酶引起细胞内cGMP、AMP浓度增加而引起血管舒张。3 温心胶囊能明显抑制血小板激活因子〓的释放，从而抑制血小板聚集，抗血栓形成。4 温心胶囊能明显提高t-PA活性，降低PAI-1活性，增强纤溶功能，从而抑制纤维蛋白沉积。5 温心胶囊能明显抑制平滑肌细胞DNA合成，其抑制作用不是直接杀伤抑制，而是阻止细胞由Go期向S期转化。6 温心胶囊是抗冠状动脉粥样硬化的有效制剂，图象分析结果证实，该药治疗组脂斑面积比对照组缩小了54％和58％，光电镜结果显示内皮细胞及平滑肌细胞结构较为完整。

Methods The level of serum and urinary tissue-type plasminogen activator and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAT-1) were measured in 38 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, 28 patients with nephropathy syndrome, 36 patients with chronic renal failure and 20 healthy subjects by means of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assary. The relationship among urinary t-PA, PAI-l and serum t-PA, PAT-1, urinary protein, serum creatinine were also observed. Results Levels of serum t-PA, PAI-1 in chronic kidney diseases increased remarkably compared with control group.

选择38例慢性肾小球肾炎，28例肾病综合征，36例非透析治疗的慢性肾功能不全和20例正常对照作为研究对象，应用ELISA法检测血清和尿液中组织型纤溶酶原激活剂和纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂－1(PAI-1)的浓度，同时分析尿中t-PA和PAI-1的水平与血t-PA、PAI-1、血肌酐和24h尿蛋白总量之间相关性。

Results The bone mineral density of Lumber vertebra and trachanter and BGP were increased and bone pain was alleviated and serum ALP,ACP were significantly decreased and the blood,urine routine and biochemical quota were no obvious change in Bugu capsula group.

结果 补骨胶囊组腰椎及转子骨密度均升高，骨痛明显改善，与此同时，骨钙素显著提高，血清碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶明显降低，治疗后血尿常规及生化指标无明显改变。
