Therefore, based on documents reports, through contrastive observation of 20-month-old natural senile mice, this study has confirmed that the anaplasia of subacute senile model mice was obviously similar to the features of 20-month-old naturally physiological senile mice. Mice in both two groups displayed dull color patterns, slow movements, insensitive responses and decrease of growth rates of body weight; hepatic and brain tissues in the mice presented senile features of sero-enzyme such as decrease in SOD activity, increase in content of lipid perhydrides and so on.

为此，本研究在文献报道基础上，通过与20月龄自然老化鼠的对比观察，证实：亚急性衰老模型鼠的退行性变化与20月龄自然生理性老化鼠特征的相近之处鲜明可见。2组均出现毛色暗淡，少有光泽，动作迟缓，反应不灵敏，体重增长率下降；肝、脑组织出现SOD活力下降，脂质过氧化物含量增高等血清酶学的老化特征。

In a pilot hennery, chitosan agents were applied to approach their functions on meat chicken's anti-oxidation activity and production performance by determining the superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities and malondialdehyde concentration in blood serum, and the immune organ index, percentage of abdomen fat, and ratio of chicken meat mass to feedstuff. The pathological changes of liver wer e observed simultaneously. The results showed that JWSNS could decrease serum MD A content, but increase serum SOD and GSH activities in acute liver injury induc ed by D-GalN. It was also found that JWSNS could alleviate the degeneration and necrosis of the hypatocytes.

为研讨加味四逆散防治肝损伤的作用机理，通过动物试验，先用加味四逆散预防给药，再采用D-氨基半乳糖造成大鼠急性肝损伤模型，然后检测大鼠血清超氧化物岐化酶、丙二醛、还原型谷胱甘肽水平，同步观察该方对急性肝损伤大鼠体内脂质过氧化反应及肝脏病理改变的影响，结果表明该方可明显升高大鼠血清SOD、GSH水平，降低MDA水平，肝脏病理学检查亦表明该方使肝细胞变性坏死程度减轻。
