Objective To study the diagnostic value of adenosine deaminasein all kinds of the pa-tients with liver disease.Methods 212patients of hepatitis in our hospital were selected,135cases were male,and75were female,the average age was（39.6±5.2）years old,in other hand,100blood donors were selected as con-trol group,the value of ADA and the conventional item such as GGT,ALT were determining and a contradistinctive analysis were conducted.Results The item of ADA and the conventional item such as GGT,ALTwere not different in the patients of different kind of liver disease,especially in the patients of chronic persistent hepatitis and chronic active hepatitis,the value of positive rate were92.0%and28.9%,respectively.

目的 测定各类型肝脏疾病病人血清腺苷脱氨酶（adenosine deaminase，ADA）活性值，分析ADA测定结果在各种肝脏疾病中的不同变化，评价ADA测定在肝脏疾病诊断中的应用价值；方法以在我院感染科住院肝炎病人共212例为检测对象，其中男性135例，女性75例，平均年龄（39.6±5.2）岁，以献血员100例为正常对照，对其ADA测定结果进行统计分析，并与传统肝功能检测项目做对比研究；结果 ADA和传统肝功能检测指标在不同类型肝脏疾病中测定值和阳性率各有所不同，特别在慢性活动性肝炎、慢性迁延性肝炎中的阳性检出率有显著不同，分别为92.0%和28.9%，有显著差异（P.01）。

Objective To explore the effect of different anticoagulants on quantitative assays for HBV DNA using real-time PCR technique. Methods Peripheral blood samples were obtained from 40 patients infected with HBV. Serum and plasma samples from three kinds of anticoagulants such as heparin, trisodium citrate, and dipotassium EDTA were stored at -20℃.

目的 探讨用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测乙型肝炎病毒DNA拷贝时，不同抗凝剂对乙型肝炎病毒DNA定量检测的影响方法采集40例乙型肝炎患者血液，分别置于不含抗凝剂及含肝素钠、枸缘酸钠、EDTA-K2抗凝剂的无菌试管中，分离血清和血浆后于-20℃冰箱保存备用。

Results It showed that the serum active enzymatic of 5′-NT in hepatic and gall diseases,osteal diseases levels were increase, especially the more significant increase of the serum active enzymatic of 5′-NT in level appeared in the patients with hepatic and gall diseases,osteal diseases .

结果 发现在肝胆疾病和骨骼疾病时，血清5′-NT酶活性升高，尤其是急性黄疸型肝炎、肝癌、胆道疾病患者血清5′-NT酶活性差异有非常显著性（ P ＜0.01）时，随病情好转，血清5′-NT酶活性有所降低。

Results On the basis of the percentage of GPI-anchored PLAP conversion,the sera GPI-PLD activities of total 172 patients,included 26 severe acute viral hepatitis as group A,29 liver cirrhosis as group B,32 chronic viral hepatitis as group C,55 mild acute viral hepatitis as group D,30 primary hepatocellular carcinoma as group E,were measured.As compared with 182 healthy presons as control group,the sera GPI-PLD activities of group A and B were significantly reduced;By contraries,the activities of group D and E were significantly raised.The sera GPI-PLD activities of group C compared with healthy control group were not significantly altered.However,when paired Q-test,the changes of serum GPI-PLD activity between all paired groups among this five groups were remarkable.

结果检测172例肝脏疾病患者(包括A组：26例急性重症病毒性肝炎；B组：29例肝硬化；C组：32例慢性病毒性肝炎；D组：55例急性非重症病毒性肝炎；E组：30例原发性肝癌)血清中GPI-PLD的活性，发现A、B两组患者的该酶活性较正常人(182名)显著性降低，而D、E两组则较正常人显著性增高，C组患者的酶活性与正常人无显著性差异，但A、B、C、D、E两组之间的酶活性水平改变却均有显著性。

With physical sign, symptom and hepatic function as main indices, the therapeutic effect of CWC on patients with chronic hepatitis was evaluated.

方法以SD大鼠为供体制备复方五仁醇胶囊含药血清，CCl4诱导大鼠原代培养肝细胞损伤模型，采用血清药理学方法考察含药血清对损伤肝细胞增值和培养上清液中丙氨酸氨基转移酶的影响；将446例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，以临床症状、体征、肝功能为主要指标，考察复方五仁醇胶囊的治疗效果。
