In view of the increasing tendency of measles incidence in months-old infants and adults in recent years, we investigated in 1997 the measles immune levels of 170 puerpera (born in 1973- 1975) and their newborn infants,and also the response response of 6-month old infants to measles vaccine.

鉴于近些年本县小月龄婴儿及成人麻疹发病出现增多趋势，我们于1997年对1973-1975年出生的产妇及所生婴儿的麻疹免疫水平，以及6月龄婴儿的麻疹疫苗免疫应答反应，进行了血清学监测。

Methods After having successfully duplicated the animal models of Wistar rats bearing C6 glioma, we assigned the rats stochastically into three groups and gave each group different treatment respectively. The growth status of tumor, the pathohistological and ultrastructural changes were detected, so was the salic acid of rat's serum.

方法构建荷C6肢质瘤Wistar大鼠的肿瘤模型，随机分组给予不同的处理给药，观察治疗期间及治疗后的肿瘤生长情况，通过病理组织学、超微结构分析及大鼠血清唾液酸含量的测走，检测新城疫病毒HN基因核酸疫苗在Wistar大鼠体内的抗肿瘤作用。
