Compared with normal control group, the proportion of CD4+CD25+ Tregs was markedly decreased in PB and MLN of model control group of experimental colitis. But it was significantly increased in therapeutic groups of SASP and CLYSTER No.

结果：建模后1～2周，模型组外周血和肠系膜淋巴结的CD4+CD25+ Tregs细胞数量较正常组明显下降，而使用SASP和中药灌肠Ⅰ号治疗后该细胞亚群明显高于模型组。

The experimental result shows:1 acupuncture and moxibustion on DU4 and RN4 can lighten inflammationreact , suppress the inflammation course, DU4 has the best result.2 IL-2 is the important factor of participating the immune respondence.Acupuncture and moxibustion can increase IL-2 content in the blood , thusstrengthen the immune function of the organism .3 acupuncture end moxibustion can raise β-EP content of lower thalamus ,hypophysis , lymph gland. it proves that acupuncture and moxibustion can stimulateand accelerate compound、store 、process 、shifting utility of β-EP content; andstrengthen the immune regulating function of the organism, acupuncture function isstrong rapidly, moxibustion function is slow and gentle, the regulating action powerof moxibustion has close relations with choice of the point . The possible reason isthat y whether acupuncture and moxibustion bring into play their regulating actionthrough different way of neural body fluid.4 The DU4、RN4、FEI point influence rule apply on change of β-EP content ofabove-mentioned organism.

实验结果显示：1 针灸命门和关元穴能减轻炎症反应，抑制炎症过程，命门穴效果最好。2IL-2 是参与免疫应答的重要因子，而针灸能增加血中 IL-2 含量，从而增强机体的免疫功能。3 针刺和艾灸可以升高下丘脑、垂体、淋巴结β-内啡肽含量，说明针灸可以刺激并加速β-内啡肽含量合成、储存加工和转移利用；增强机体的免疫调节功能，针刺作用迅速强烈，艾灸作用缓慢温和，艾灸的调节作用强弱还与穴位的选择有密切关系。

AIM: To evaluate the prognostic value of blood tumor markers for lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.

目的：探讨血中肿瘤标志物对胃癌淋巴结转移的预测价值。

METHODS: The 144 BALB/c male mice were abdominally irradiated with 1150 cGy 60Coγray in 1-3 h, and then they were injected intestinal RNA from normal rats on jejunum. On day 1, 3 and 5 after irradiation,the mice were sacrified after anesthesia for determining endotoxin in blood and bacterial metathetic rate, and intestinal crypt survival rate.

选用BALB/c雄性小鼠144只，用1150 cGy 60Coγ射线进行腹部一次照射，于照后1~3 h采用局部肠腔扩张注入法给小鼠空肠肠腔内注入正常大鼠小肠RNA，分别于照后1，3，5 d麻醉后解剖，取血，测定内毒素含量；取肠系膜淋巴结，测定细菌移位率；取空肠段，计数肠腺存活率。

The time of cornea diabrosis, metastases into cervical lymph nodes and lung, survival time and ratio of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in peripheral blood were observed.RESULTS: The time of cornea diabrosis in GTVC group or GTV group was later than that in PBS group, but no statistical difference between GTVC group and GTV group. Metastatic incidence in cervical lymph nodes of GTVC group mice or GTV group mice was lower than that in PBS group 18 days after the model had been established. There was no statistical difference in metastatic incidence between GTV group and GTVC group.

将荷瘤模型鼠分为磷酸盐缓冲液（phosphatebuffered saline，PBS）治疗组，IL12基因修饰肿瘤细胞疫苗（gene modified tumor cell vaccine， GTV）治疗组及GTV 联合CpGODN治疗组；鼠荷瘤模型建立后的第3d及第10d分别在各组鼠结膜下注射30μL PBS，30μL（3.0×106个细胞）灭活的GTV及含20μg CpGODN灭活的GTV，进行角膜溃破时间、淋巴结和肺部转移瘤发生率、生存时间及外周血CD4＋和CD8＋T细胞比例的观测。

下面介绍中西医结合治疗藏獒细小病毒性肠炎的心得，以供参考。1发病情况和临床表现病犬多为2~4月龄幼犬，多数为忽然发病，食欲减退或废绝，精神沉郁，全身症状急剧恶化，发生剧烈性呕吐和腹泻，呕吐物先为食糜，继为黄色或黄绿色泡沫黏液和血样物，泻粪有灰黄色的黏稠物，后转为恶臭的内含黏膜状稀粪，继而呈血痢，由于病犬剧烈呕吐和腹泻迅速脱水，眼球下陷，体温呈双向发热，病初40~41℃，1~2d降至正常，3~4d后又复升高，然后很快死亡，病程4~5d，临死时体温多下降至常温以下。2剖检病死犬胃底部有出血性炎症，呈深红色，小肠黏膜脱落，肠壁变薄，内有红色黏液，大肠内混有呈暗红色血液粪便，黏膜上有许多出血点，直肠黏膜出血较多，肠系膜淋巴结肿大，有时继发肠套叠，肠切面出血，心肌松软，颜色变淡，胆囊充盈，肝质脆而易碎。3诊断3.1流行病学诊断本病多发于幼犬，未免疫接种犬最易感，直接感染或间接感染，主要通过消化道感染，该病一年四季均可发生，但以寒。。。

结果：①皮肌炎肺部病变分布呈对称、广泛、偏中下、偏外后的特点；②肺部HRCT表现多样，以肺间质性改变为主：小叶内间质增厚46例(100%)，磨玻璃影41例(89.13%)，支气管血管束增宽或小叶核心增大40例(86.96%)，小叶间隔增厚38例(82.61%)，不规则纤维索条影37例(80.43%)，结节影34例(73.91%)，胸膜下线27例(58.70%)，支气管或细支气管扩张19例(41.30%)，斑片影18例(39.13%)，呼气相马赛克征15例(32.61%)，界面征14例(30.43%)，蜂窝影12例(26.09%)，肺气肿或肺大泡3例，单纯囊状气腔1例，肺不张l例；③纵隔及胸膜：纵隔小淋巴结影41例(89.13%)，胸膜增厚或毛糙38例(82.61%)，食管扩张11例(23.91%)，单侧少量性胸腔积液1例，纵隔气肿1例。
