The therapy group was treated with puerarin injection 400 mg iv gtt, qd, and the control group was treated with Danshen injection. The period of treatment was 14 days. 选择 CCCI 病人 88 例，按时间顺序随机分为治疗组和观察组，治疗组采用葛根素注射液 400 mg 静脉输注；对照组复方丹参注射液治疗，两组共观察 14 d，且于治疗前后作 TCD 测大脑中动脉及椎动脉高峰血流速度、阻力指数及血液流变学的检测，对治疗效果进行统计学分析。
