Methods:By determining the weight of thrombus,serumal and plasmic biscosity,platelet adhesion rate in rat and stress ability in mice treated with defferent dosages of Nao Tai-le,the state of animal hemorrheology and stress ability were determined.

选择不同剂量的脑泰乐，通过测定大鼠体内血栓的重量、血清与血浆粘度、血小板的粘附率及小鼠应激实验数据，检测机体血液流变学状态和小鼠应激能力。

Finally statistical analysis is conducted.Result: Orally taking Xuefu Zhuyu Tang and calming-wind medicines can ease stenocardia,improve ECG,enhance the stopped rate of nitroglycerin,better the heart contraction and dilation,regulate blood fat,promote blood rheology,lower CRP、ET、TXB2,raise NO、6-keto-PGF1αand so on,compired with the control group,it is obviously statically meaningful without obvius adverse reaction.

结果：血府逐瘀汤加治风活络药物内服治疗能有效地缓解心绞痛和临床症状；改善心电图；提高速效扩冠药的停减率；改善心脏的收缩及舒张功能；调节血脂；改善血液流变学；降低CRP、ET、TXB2的水平，升高NO、6-keto-PGF1α的水平等，与对照组相比，有显著的统计学意义，且未发现明显的不良反应。

With the models, the effect of QLC on hemoreology such as whole blood viscosity, whole blood reduction viscosity, plasma viscosity, haematocrit, erythrocyte deformation and erythrocyte aggregation were observed.

利用此模型观察芪龙胶囊对模型大鼠全血黏度、全血还原黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞变形性、红细胞聚集性等血液流变学指标的作用。

Results The survival area and quality of avulsed flap in the experimental group were superior to that of control group after 15 days of operation, and the hemorheological items were markedly changed at 5 days after operation.

结果 术后15天治疗组撕脱瓣的成活面积、成活质量均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)，治疗组血液流变学参数变化在术后5天内最明显。

Results The survival area and quality of avulsed flap in the experimental group were superior to that of control group after 15 days of operation, and the hemorheological items were markedly changed at 5 days after operation. Conclusion The better flap survival after orthotopic transplantation in avulsion injury can be improved by intravascular low level He-Ne laser irradiation through changed superoxide dismutase activity and hemorheological items in optimal irradiation intensity.

结果 术后15天治疗组撕脱瓣的成活面积、成活质量均明显优于对照组P结论低能量He-Ne激光血管内照射的生物学效应存在最佳的照射强度总量，在最佳的照射强度条件下，通过改变细胞内超氧化物歧化酶活性及血液流变学参数促进原位回植术后的撕脱瓣良好成活。

选用小鼠，豚鼠，SD大鼠分别复制缺氧、脑梗塞、心肌梗塞及&血瘀&模型，记录比较小鼠在密闭环境中的存活时间，测量小鼠偏瘫恢复数，记录豚鼠不同时间心电图，比较给药前后心电图ST段和T波振幅变化的差异，测定血液流变学指标。

Objective: To study the effect of supplementing qi and activating blood on Angina and hemorheology in patients with coronary heart disease .

目的：观察益气活血法对冠心病心绞痛及血液流变学的影响。

The results summarized as follows:(1)The main pharmacokinetic parameters Tmax was about 2h, Cmax was 8.365, 7.519, 1.871, 6.485, 4.060μg/mL in blood, gill, kidney, liver, and muscle respectively, after oral administration at a dose of 30 mg/kg; while t1/2 were 8.180~23.249h. These showed that the NFLX absorption was rapid after oral administration of NFLX in Scophthalmus maximus, but the residence time in the fish was long.(2) T1/2 were 74.88~200.45h after oral administration at dose of 30 mg/kg for five consecutive days, which showed that the attenuation of NFLX in the fish body was slow and the residue concentration in the kidney was the highest.

另外，本文测定了大菱鲆成鱼体内NFLX的药物浓度，用MCP-KP药动学程序对所得的药物浓度-时间数据进行分析，结果表明：1单次混饲口灌(30 mg/kg体重日)NFLX，药物在大菱鲆体内的达峰时间为2h，血液、腮、肾脏、肝脏、肌肉达峰浓度分别为：8.365、7.519、1.871、6.485、4.060μg/mL，消除半衰期为8.180～23.249h，说明NFLX在大菱鲆体内吸收较迅速，但滞留时间较长。2连续五天混饲口灌(30 mg/kg体重日)NFLX，消除半衰期为74.88～200.45h，说明混饲口灌NFLX在大菱鲆体内消除缓慢，其中以肾脏中残留最显著。
