ObjectiveTo observe the effects of Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf extract on blood clotting system and hemorrheology and its mechanism.

目的观察走马胎提取液对血栓病理模型SD大鼠体内凝血系统和血液流变学的影响，以初探其抗血栓的作用机制。

Refer to the domestic and foreign literature material, to establish traumatic joint stiffness model with New Zealand big white rabbit;caused the right knee joints of the big white rabbits closed trauma with the appropriate mothod,then fixed the behind-right knee joints 4 weeks with the gypsum and the bandage;after 4 weeks, removed fixture,examined the animal blood rheology,the joint range,the skin temperature, the arthrocele extent and so on ,to authenticate whether modeling succeeded or not.

参考国内外文献资料，用新西兰大白兔建立创伤性关节僵直模型；用适当的方法造成大白兔右后膝关节闭合性损伤，用石膏绷带、绷带固定4周，4周后拆除固定。期间观察皮肤温度、关节肿胀度、关节活动度，检测动物血液流变学等指标，以验证模型建立是否成功。

RESULTS:The SP and VIP content was evidently reduced in the treatment group compared to the model group; whole blood viscosity of blood rheology index, fibrinogen viscosity and packed cell volume were reduced in the treatment group as compared to the model group, which could evidently inhibit auricular swelling in mice and arthroncus in rats, raise the percentage of pain threshold, phagocytic index and rate of celiac macrophage and effect the spleen, the peripheral immune organ in mice.

结果：治疗组SP、VIP较模型组明显降低；血液流变学指标全血粘度、纤维蛋白粘度、红细胞压积测定，治疗组较模型组降低；能明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀和大鼠关节肿胀；提高小鼠痛阈百分率；提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬指数和吞噬率；对外周免疫器官脾脏有明显影响。

结果 犬单次静脉滴注阿诺宁脂肪乳注射液0.6～0.9 mg/时产生中重度中毒症状，主要表现为呼吸困难、低头、呕吐、安静少动、站立不稳、舌面苍白、口腔黏膜苍白或紫绀等症状，心电图及血液生化学出现多项指标改变，甚至死亡。
