To study the changes of plasma endotoxin NO and hemorheology in experimental cirrhotic rats and their correlation,we have used hemorheology analysis system and the means of limulus amoebocyte lystata assay Griess assay to detect changes of plasma endotoxin NO and hemorheological parameter in rats at 3 6 9 weeks after CCl4 administration.

为探讨肝硬化中血浆内毒素、NO水平的变化及血液流变学特性的改变及其相互关系，我们通过用四氯化碳(carbon tetrachloride，CCl_4)来诱导大鼠肝硬化模型，采用鲎试剂动态浊度法、镉还原比色法、血液流变学分析仪，分别检测了大鼠肝硬化演变过程中早期(诱导第3周末)、中期(诱导第6周末)、晚期(诱导第9周末)的血浆内毒素、NO水平及血液流变学各参数。

Aged patients with hypertension are in a state of high viscous and high coagulability, and are tending to have embolism, cardio vascular or cerebral vascular diseases, and therefore measure for reducing the whole blood viscosity should be taken.

老年高血压病患者易发生血液流变学指标异常，患者血液处于高粘、高凝状态，易于形成血栓，容易并发缺血性心、脑血管疾病，因此，对这种患者应给予重视，采取降低血粘度，改善血液流变学措施，对预防心脑血管疾病的发生具有重要意义。

Methods 104 patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency were randomly divided into two groups.in basis of routine therapy, patients in treatment group (n=56) were treated by yangxue qingnao granules,4 g,three times a day; patients in control group (n＝48) were treated by troxerutin, 3 pills a day.the course was 30 days in two groups.the indexes of hemorrheology and mca,aca,pca, va, ba and pi were observed before and after treatment.results there were significant differences between two groups in blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, mca,aca,pca,mca and pi after treatment (p.05).conclusion yangxue qingnao granules have definite effect on chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency, and decrease and hemorrheology in patients with ccci, relieve angiospasm and improve clinical symptoms.

将慢性脑供血不足患者104例随机分为2组。在常规治疗基础上治疗组56例加服养血清脑颗粒，每次4 g，每日3次口服。对照组48例在常规治疗基础上加服曲克芦丁，每次2片，每日3次口服。2组均30日为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效，治疗前后血液流变学指标及大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉、大脑后动脉、左右椎动脉和基底动脉的搏动指数及阻力指数的变化。结果 2组治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度，mca、aca、pca的pi及mca的ri及总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(p＜0.05)。结论养血清脑颗粒治疗慢性脑供血不足疗效确切，能降低ccci患者的血液黏稠度及血液流变学指标，增加脑供血，缓解血管痉挛，改善临床症状，改善脑供血不足。

Objective To study the changes of microcirculation and hemorheology of patients with ROU,and the effects of millimeter wave on them.Methods Pre-irradiational and post-irradiational index of nail fold microcirculation and hemorheology in 78 cases with patient of ROU were determined performed with microcirculational microscope and hemorheological instrument.

目的 研究复发性口腔溃疡患者微循环和血液流变学的变化，探讨毫米波对ROU病人微循环和血液流变学的影响方法用微循环显微镜及血液流变学检测仪，分别检测78例ROU病人接受毫米波照射后的甲襞微循环和血液流变学指标。

To analyze the reliability and comparability of different hematology analyzers and to standardize the operation of a contrast test. Methods The carryover rate, precision, total precision and percentage of differences of hematological analyzers were evaluated and differences of items in whole blood were compared by detecting 20 anticoagulant fresh blood samples based on the documents of ICSH and NCCLS. Every 3 blood samples of highvalue, middlevalue and lowvalue were detected by hematological analyzers everyday for 7 days.

方法参照国际血液学标准化委员会及美国临床实验室标准化委员会文件，在仪器正常运行的情况下，评价各比对仪器的携带污染率、精密度和总精密度、差异百分率；分析比较20份抗凝新鲜全血中各项指标在不同血细胞分析仪之间的差异；每日取高、中、低3份新鲜血，在各仪器上平行检测，连续比对7日，观察各项指标与参考样机之间的相关性；分析比较仪器分类与手工分类的相关性；通过直线回归方程计算相对偏差，估计每台仪器各检测指标的试验误差。

These methods oftenyield widely different results so that the results must be traceable to the referencemethod to assure the accuracy and comparability.In 1964 the Expert Panel on Haemoglobinometry of ICSH drew uprecommendations for haemoglobinometry in human blood that were published in1967. The method had been revised three times; the apparatus, reagent and procedurehad been changed. We have established the reference method in our laboratoryaccording to the requirements of ICSH. Its methodology characteristics need to bevalidated whether the method is fit for charaterisation of haemiglobincyanidereference material.

Methods refering to the document announced by the international hematology standardization committee icsh in 1984, the accuracy, the intra and inter-assay precisions and the height mutually dyeing rate of the analyzers were compared by determinaiton of wbc, rbc, hb, hct, plt of the standard whole blood samples from 20 subjects.

Methods:Unconfident Pk deficiency subjects from associate hospitals of Kunming Medical College.PK activity,thermostability, PEP kinetics, ATP inhibition and optimum pH were measured by ICSH recommended methods to confirm deficient in PK.The contents of Na~,K~,Ca~(2+),Mg~(2+) in erythrocyte PK deficiency were quatitated by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.
