The study -- which was funded by NIH and used donated lab supplies -- was published in the May 5 issue of the New England Journal of Medicine. Christopher Pilcher, an associate professor of medicine at UNC-CH, and colleagues tested 109,250 patients between November 2002 and October 2003 at state-funded testing sites.

一旦测试的样品呈阳性，个体的血液样品就可以不再进行进一步的处理，同时通知血液捐赠者此实验结果。

Results The values of some serum biochemical parameters obtained from samples taken from different sites differed significantly. The values of TP and ALB of blood taken from abdomial aorta or external jugular vein were significantly higher than those of blood taken from postcaval vein in the rats. The values of several parameters of the blood taken from orbital vein differed significantly from those from femoral vein blood samples.

结果腹主动脉及颈外静脉均与后腔静脉血液生化值在总蛋白、白蛋白上存在明显差异，表现为前者血清中总蛋白、白蛋白明显高于后者；大鼠眶静脉与股静脉血液生化值在多项指标上亦存在明显区别。

Cd3+, cd4+ and cd8+ lymphocyte subgroups in banked blood decreased as compared with those of prestorage in the two groups,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.

照射后随储存时间的延长，血液中il 2水平与对照组相比明显降低（p.05）；经紫外线照射后淋巴细胞转化率较对照组明显降低（p.01）；对照组与照射组血液在放置72 h后cd3+，cd4+，cd8+细胞亚群均有明显下降，但无显著差异。

RESULTS The Gram-positive cocci were 135 cases in 207 caes patients of bloody infection (56.2%). The proportion of opportunistic pathogens rose (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). The incidence of children was higher than adult (58:42). The infant of ＜1 year was 36.2%. The newborn of＜30d was 31.4%.192 cases patients(92.8%) had protopathy or complicating diseases. No-normal birth was important susceptible factor to nowborn of bloody infection. The septicemia of Gram-negative bacillus, nowborn of no-normal birth and other septicemia of be accompanied by severe disease were main cause of death in our guoup.

结果 207例血液感染以G＋球菌为主(56.2％)，且条件致病菌感染有增多趋势(P＜0.05或P＜0.01)；儿童发病显著高于成人(58：42)，其中＜1岁婴幼儿占36.2％，＜30d新生儿占31.4％；192例(92.8％)有原发病或夹杂病；非正常生产已成为了新生儿血液感染的重要易感因素；G－杆菌败血症、不正常分娩新生儿以及伴有严重疾病的其他败血症患者是本组病例的主要死亡原因。

In experiment 1, a 5 weeks folate depletion protocol was employed, using 13-week old Hyline pullets assigned to receive a semi-purified folate-deficient diet or a commercial corn-soybean meal based diet supplemented with 1 mg/kg pteroylglutamic acid.

The results showed that PSAC had many excellent properties such as high hardness , large adsorption range , good adsorbing ability to typical toxic molecules in blood ,low content of heavy metalions , low hemolysis ratio , few released particles and no pyrexic source and germs . The own bloods were taken from 78 cases of patients with pulmonary heart disease and radiated by photonhemoxytherapy with ultraviolet and oxygenation, and then reinfused into the patients, the blood and blood grheology changes were investigated before and after the reinfusion.

对78例慢性肺心病患者抽取自身血液用光量子血疗仪进行紫外线照射加充氧处理后回输患者，比较其前后血液流变学及血气变化情况。

RESULTS:Naokangtai capsule improved the abilites of active and passive learning and memory remarkedly in the model mice with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,but there was no influence to the contents of MDA,SOD and MAO.In senile dementia mice induced by D-galactose,Naokangtai capsule possessed obvious effects of improving memory and spatial resolution and decreased contents of MDA and MAO in blood significantly.

结果：脑康泰胶囊显著增强脑缺血再灌注损伤模型小鼠被动和主动学习能力，但对血液MDA、MAO和SOD含量影响不显著；脑康泰除明显增强老年痴呆小鼠主动学习和空间分辨的能力外，还能显著降低小鼠血液中MDA和MAO水平。
