回顾分析1999年12月~2004年12月期间在我院接受维持性血液透析患者的死亡原因及其年龄、透析时间、动脉血压、血浆蛋白、血红蛋白、透析指数、左心室重量的关系，并与同期30例维持性血液透析生存患者比较。

Objective To explore the effect of different anticoagulants on quantitative assays for HBV DNA using real-time PCR technique. Methods Peripheral blood samples were obtained from 40 patients infected with HBV. Serum and plasma samples from three kinds of anticoagulants such as heparin, trisodium citrate, and dipotassium EDTA were stored at -20℃.
