Methods The 100 patients with CI and 107 control subjects without any blood disease or tumors were evaluated by applying the Chart of Typical Behaviors of TABP, meanwhile the endothelin and thrombomodulin contents in plasma of the patients were measured for the mark of the damage of blood vessel endothelium. The CI group, control groups and part of CI group with the same level of blood pressure were subgroup by the result of questionnaire, correlation analysis was made between the amounts of blood markers and ill performance characteristics of TABP. Results 40% CI patients were TABP.

对100例CI患者和107例无血液病和肿瘤的对照者进行A型行为评定量表测定，并同时对两组人员的血管内皮细胞损伤的血浆标志物内皮素和血栓调节蛋白含量进行测定；再根据A型行为问卷调查结果，分别对CI组和对照组患者，以及在同一血压水平的CI患者按照个体的行为特征进行分组，然后对其血浆标志物浓度进行相关分析。

All cases were verified by the DNA of chorion,amnionic fluid and umbilical cord blood.The final accuracy was 100%.Conclusion: PCR is a reliable and accurate technique for fetal gender determination in pregnancy through analysis of fetal DNA in maternal plasma.

通过本实验的研究，利用苯酚氯仿法建立了一种有效、简便、经济的从血浆中提取胎儿DNA的方法，并通过调整PCR反应体系，成功从母体血浆中扩增出胎儿特异的SRY基因，最后经绒毛、羊水、脐带血以及出生胎儿验证实际性别。

Results the mean time of removed t-tube in patients with biliary leak were (28.7±7.3) days,the mean serum albumin level were (33.4±2.5)g/l,the mean hemoglobin level (116.5±17.3)g/l;while the mean time of removed t-tube in patients without biliary leak were (24.3±6.5)days,the mean serum albumin level were (37.9±1.7)g/l,the mean hemoglobin level (143.4±12.7)g/l.conclusion dystrophia is the reason of most biliary leak after removed t-tube.

结果 拔t管后胆漏病人的平均拔管时间为(28.7±7.3)天，血浆白蛋白(33.4±2.5)g/l，血红蛋白(116.5±17.3)g/l；无胆漏病人t管拔除的平均天数是(24.3±6.5)天，血浆白蛋白(37.9±1.7)g/l，血红蛋白(143.4±12.7)g/l。结论 t型引流管拔除后胆漏的主要原因是病人的营养状态差。

We conducted a nested case-control study within four large, prospectie cohorts to inestigate whether prediagnostic plasma leels of IGF-I, IGF-II, and IGFBP-3 were associated with pancreatic cancer risk.
