可以说，瘀血阻络是糖尿病肾病的主要病机，这既符合于中医"久病必瘀""久病入络"的学术观点，也与现代医学认识的糖尿病肾病患者血液动力学和肾脏微血管病理学实验中，血液流变学的指数普遍升高、血浆粘度增加、血脂增高、肾血流量减少，血小板聚集、血管硬化，肾微循环障碍，甚至出现高凝状态的研究相当吻合。

Methods By a monoclonal antibody immobilization of platelet antigen assay, antiplatelet autoantibodies were detected using monoclonal antibodies specific for glycoproteins Ⅰb,Ⅱb/Ⅲa and P-selectin in patients with ITP and nonimmune thrombocytopenia. Meanwhile, RP% and PAIgG were measured in the same samples with flowcytometry.

通过改良的单克隆抗体特异性捕获血小板抗原试验测定ITP（86例）与非免疫性血小板减少（30例）患者血浆中血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅰb、GPⅡb-Ⅲa以及P-选择素自身抗体，同时以流式细胞术检测相应的RP%及PAIgG。

The results show that after lone- term load swimming training, the CEC was increased, the plasma ET content was increased and serum NO content was desreased; endothelium ultrastructure was damaged; tragacanth makes the CEC was decreased After large load exercise, the plasma ET content was decreased and serum NO was content was insreased; endothelium ultrastructure was improved.

结果表明：①大运动量运动训练后，大鼠CEC增多，血桨ET含量上升，血清NO含量下降；内皮细胞结构受损。②黄芪使大鼠大运动量训练后CEC减少，血浆ET下降，血清NO含量升高；内皮细胞超微结构改善。

Vascular hyperpermeability is one of the important causein hypovole-mia and organs disfunction after various kinds of shock,and its treatment is still one of the problems in the medical field. For example,the operative methods of preventing hyperpermeability and plasm bleeding is still unreliable after severity burn,and traditional treatment just passively transfuses according to the burn clysis formula instead of inhibiting permeability by injecting drugs. The principal reason is that pathogenesis of vascular endothelial cell permeabilty has not been entirely revealed at the level of molecular biology.

血管通透性增高是休克时有效血容量减少和器官功能损害的重要原因之一，它的防治一直是医学界的一个难题，如在大面积烧伤时，至今未能找到一个简单有效的防治血管通透性升高和血浆渗出丢失的方法，传统的方法只是根据烧伤补液公式测算进行被动的补液来纠正，而不能依靠注射化学制剂来终止其渗出，主要原因是未能从分子生物学水平揭示血管内皮细胞渗出的机制。
