Objective:to study the changes of regional cerebral blood flow in patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage .

目的：研究急性脑出血患者局部脑血流量的变化。

Liver blood flow of each group was observed by laser-Doppler flow instrument,and blood flow rate of liver microcirculation in each group was observed by intravital microscopy.Pathological examination and serum biochemistry were also performed.

每组分别以激光多普勒血流仪测定肝脏血流量并以显微活体视频技术观察肝脏微循环血流速度，同时进行肝脏病理学检查和血清生化学检查。
